Don't waste your money. Wand arrived after a month from China and didn't work. No communication and then ghosted ne. No exchange or refund

Sells defective products
Sells defective products, and won't honor the 30 day warranty.
Contacted customer service and got the run around on how to use the wand and to no avail didn't work.
After a week of this back and forth got the response below. product arrived at my house Dec. 16th, and a request for an exchange was requested Dec.27th, 11 days into the warranty period. My e-mail exchanges have all requested exchanging a defective wand, not service on how to use it.
"This order showed delivery more than 72 hours and there is no after-sales service provided. Thanks!"
Would not order from this company. This company is only a dropship company that doesn't withhold there warranty.
Same product can be found cheaper on Amazon.
