Everything about my order was great. You fell down a little bit at the end. I tried to initiate a return using your form and so far have not heard from you.

Request a text before major equipment arrives
Packages were there by the end date of the time frame.
The driver called and left a message. I guess next time I will ask for a text ahead of time so equipment can go straight in to the shop, instead of sitting outside unattended.

Hi Earl, we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After reviewing the order timeline, the purchase was placed directly through our website on May 9, and our first communication from you regarding the order was received on May 13 after delivery.
This order was placed without prior compatibility verification through our support team. We clearly state on the product page, checkout page, and within our Parts Finder tool that compatibility information is provided as a reference only and that customers should verify the correct part with the manufacturer before purchasing. Our website also clearly notes that all parts sales are final due to the nature of HVAC electronic components.
We understand this situation was frustrating, and we always encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they would like assistance confirming compatibility. Our goal is always to provide accurate information and helpful service to every customer.

Hi Günter, we’re sorry to hear about the issue with your order. After reviewing the shipment, we confirmed that the heater coil shipped matched the model number associated with the product purchased.
We were also unable to locate a completed return request submitted through our standard return process. In your email, you mentioned sending the item directly to ACiQ for an exchange, which is not part of our normal return or warranty procedure.
We understand there may have been some confusion regarding the return process, and we would still be happy to assist through the proper support channels to help clarify any compatibility or return questions.
Slow delivery
My online order didn’t seem to go through in their system and I had to call in after a week of hearing nothing, then the rep pushed the order through which took another week to receive. It ended up fine but I think their job to to administer the purchase and delivery of a product which didn’t go well.

Pleasure to do business with.
I recently purchased my second unit from this company and both times they’ve been great to work with! I received my system very quickly and there was a mix up because they gave me an additional discount but my new quote excluded the installation kit so I contacted them and they discounted it and sent it Fed Ex to me at no charge! They definitely honor their word and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing anything they carry!👍
