I'm a disabled man in my late 50s. I spend a tremendous amount of my time streaming tv and movies, and with my Oculus Quest 2. I have plenty of bandwidth to do whatever I want. My son is staying with me, and is in music production. Everything he uses and his uploads don't effect my free use at all. I chose Wisper for our animal shelter almost 14 years ago.. Even with the huge growth of the company - The tech support and customer service are 1st class. My internet connection is everything to me. Having service I can count on and the billing department worked with me to keep me connected with occasional payment arrangements. I love you guys!

Service, when it works, is ok. Drops often. Can’t reach customer service. Cost is expensive but we have only a few choices for providers in our area.

Mike Tebbe was our repairman and did an awesome job explaining things to me. He is going to arrange for a bucket truck to fix my problem. He is an awesome asset to your company!!

The entire Staff of Wisper Internet from the time we started coordinating internet setup to troubleshooting wi-fi issues between two buildings, has been nothing but stellar, prompt, courteous service. Great Job!

Poor speed for the price $55 for 5 meg of download speed is unfair to the customer and cannot get any faster speeds.

Internet service has been spotty lately but customer service is also very helpful. Very impressed with the speed in which they resolve issues.

It’s very inconsistent with speed and reliability. It’s not worth the price we have to pay each month but, we don’t have another internet option for a provider.

Whisper has always given s great service no matter what the situation. Our package was always reliable and we appreciated the no data caps and prices. Thumbs up and 5 stars all the way .

We were told that Wisper could provide us fast service. It was not fast enough for me to work from home most of the time. Updates were done during the day instead of when most people are not working from home. Wisper could not repair our service when it was down for most of the month of July 2020 and then billed us anyway. After calling they did reduce the fee. When our tower needed parts to be able to work, Wisper told us we were just going to have to wait for more than a week. My job was compromised and eventually terminated.

Everytime it storms our service goes out and sometimes for 24 hrs. Then, for no reason at all the internet is down more than we want anyway.

still waiting for tower upgrades currently have 30mbps paying $100 a month vs $75 i should be paying, complained and got a discount for 3 months and on my 30mbps if i get 5-10 I'm doing good
