Can't get hold of anyone
Can't get hold of anyone. The only way to speak to them is through a chatbot. It takes probably 10 minutes of questions to get through automated security, but then you are in a queue for approximately 40 minutes.. just for someone to tell you "thanks for waiting" and no further response. Absolutely useless! You get no service out of them whatsoever.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. They cancelled my policy on the 11th month with no letter or email. It wasn’t until after I got an email saying my direct debit had been cancelled. So I had no way of sorting any issue out. Was also landed with a fine of £20 which I paid instantly. Avoid this one it’s not worth the hassle. Pay a little extra and get a good customer supportive company.

Pretty simple site to use and buy a policy. Haven’t had to use them but all good so far. Wasn’t the cheapest but I asked AI who was best over the five lowest prices on a comparison site .
