The product I ordered is of superior quality and something that is not easily found elsewhere. It's impressive.
The shipping container for keeping the bone broth frozen was effective and sturdy.
It was delivered in the amount of time advertised which was important for the product to stay frozen thus usable. (meaning it was delivered quickly.)

Not only was I extremely satisfied with the merchandise I purchased but when one jar arrived broken the response was immediate and the item wa replaced.

The box arrived within 2 days of shipping. It was loaded with dry ice and everything that was frozen was still frozen hard and the cheese was very cold. The items we have tasted are the smoked salmon (best ever) and the colby cheese (best ever). We have not tried the fermented products yet, as we have our own to finish up, but will be using the chicken and beef broths this week for soup and stew. Free shipping with a $175 order was easy to do. This was our Holiday treat for ourselves and to share with friends. The quality of the smoked salmon is superior and a terrific source of protein. It only takes a couple of slices and I am satisfied. We are looking forward to trying more of their products. We paid for this with our own damn money and it ain't a fake review!
