I had ordered the bone broth earlier in the week for it to be delivered on Friday. I had forgotten about the order I placed, until I received an email on Sunday from Wise Choice informing me that the ordered had been out for delivery Friday but was delayed by the shipper and was to deliver again on Saturday. They didn’t know exactly why it didn’t get delivered Saturday either but had tracked it down and provided an address if I wanted to pick it up from the shipper. If not, it was possible when I received it Monday the product would still be good if dry ice kept it cold, otherwise they would take care of the matter. Out of town, I could not pick it up. It arrived today. We have had triple digit temperatures since Friday. I opened the package expecting the contents to be spoiled. I’m excited to say the contents of the really hot box I opened were cold to the touch and in fact one bag of the bone broth was still frozen. Outstanding customer service and packaging!!!

I have ordered from Wise Choice Market for a year and a half and have been very satisfied with the product I purchase - fermented sauerkraut juice. They do run out of the product from time to time so I try to stock up in case that happens. The merchandise always come in a timely manner with great packaging.

Great tasting, hearty bread. I enjoyed as a delicious treat, toasted and buttered as opposed to using for a sandwich. Met all my expectations.

Receiving product was quick and I appreciated it (bone broth) but the $20 shipping charge was too much for me to add on to product charge. I will not be ordering this item again., although I am very pleased with it..

Delivery SUCKS.

Product is great, but UPS does not deliver to the door. It has been very hot here and if my neighbor
hadn't seen the package, even though there was a little dry ice left in the cooler, how long would it last.
Fed-X is better.

I ordered 6 packs of the organic sauerkraut because I had ordered it before and it was very good. I received an email informing me that there was a mistake and only 3 packs were available. The option I chose was to take the 3 available packs and receive a refund for the 3 missing packs. I expected that I would receive at least some reduction in the shipping charge as well, but that did not happen. The refund amounted to only the price of the 3 missing packs; I was charged the original full amount for shipping. When I received the shipment, the sauerkraut turned out to be dry, tough and tasteless. It in no way resembled the delicious product I remember from the last time I ordered it.

Tried the Salmon and Halibut bone broth, wonderful! Just what I was looking for as they both taste great!

I have tried the sprouted products which taste so good. I've also tried the fermented food and just stocked up recently along with some meats and cheeses. Everything is good and it is healing/healthy for my body!

had to use 3 slices. Pricey, but worth it

Said 3 days delivery. Didn’t say it doesn’t ship out for a few days. $20 is ridiculous for a 6-7 day delivery of items that don’t need to be shipped cooled
