Winternode is, by far, the best Minecraft hosting service out there. The servers are running on the best hardware, and the TPS is flawless. The support I have received is exceptional - they go out of their way to ensure their clients are content. 5 stars!

I've been a dev at a server hosted in Winternode for a few months, but that server is inactive now. The server was for a Youtuber, so it was bested, and when i mean bested, it's copying and pasting hundred of thousands, even millions of blocks, without the server crashing, with 7GBs of RAM, and around 30 players, dozens of plugins and datapacks, multiworlds, minigames, etc. No lag, at all, in the months I was a dev there. A few days ago I wanted to set up a server with a few friends, just a tiny, little thing. I tried shockbyte, it was literal hell, so i just changed to winternode, and the server is smooth, good customer service, even better pannels than when i was a dev before.

Definitely one of the best hosting providers out there. Very good CPU’s coupled with discounts and extra ram overhead. I have tried numerous server hosts such as Beastnode, Fragnet, Apex, Ownage, Heimsnet, dedicatedmc(over priced), Bisect, GGServer, Scalacube, and a few others that no longer exist or dead. Out of all these I picked winter mode and prepaid for one whole year because of the good quality and price combo that comes with this hosting company.

This hoster is no doubt the best hosting service, amazing support and are always there to help you solve any problems you have, and great performing servers. I couldn't recommend a better one. I have a 5 gb server and i can have up to 10 players, dynmap, several plugins and datapacks without tps drops all for just $10 a month.

Gosh it has been a really good experience so far! I've never run a server before so I was totally new to setting up everything. When I ran into a problem, support was there to help in two minutes, and fixed my problem so quickly. It's been an amazing experience thus far, and I couldn't be happier!

Quality Servers, the CPUs are wonderful, the RAM supports what is necessary. Amazing Perfomance. The best thing is their support especially in Discord they respond in minutes and are very friendly. I totally recommend it.

I highly recommend this host! Have had amazing performance, my server easily handled 100+ player joins in a short time with minimal performance issues.

Their support team resolve issues quickly and were even able to accommodate a request that would be early morning in their timezone.

I would have no reservations in recommending WinterNode to future server owners.

Perfect balance between professional and casual team. You can get everything done in just minutes, and in case of any problems, there are people ready to answer your questions in a manner that suits your needs. You can be professional and cold with them, but can also chat up about hardware and their service in a friendly, non-forced manner, giving a feel of real customer support as opposed to automated responses from a support bot that are so prominent nowadays.

The hardware itself is outstanding and upgrades are well planned ahead and all clients are informed via multiple communication channels. The server outperforms every alternative we tried, and at much lower cost.

I'm planning to slowly transfer all my other services to the same provider, due to reliability and flawless performance.

All their nodes run on i7-6700K which run great, don't get fooled by i9-9900 marketing foolishness. If your running an average minecraft server with an adequate amount of ram you have nothing to worry about, not to mention they have DDR4 ram which in my experiences I haven't have a problem even with multiple players hitting my server.

From the moment I inquired about the information on their servers I don't think i've had to wait more than 3 minutes (and that's the maximum), over and over I have been impressed by the quality of support I have received, especially Fakhrullah.

TD;DR - I haven't been let down by their quality of hardware and support, i'd admit I was sceptical by the small size of this company but they have proved to be a true competitor to bigger companies by providing similar support or even faster.

I've used a lot of different providers over the past 3 years and this one is by far the best with the easiest support if you have any issues.
