I just wanted to thank everyone in the support team and all the hosting for helping me and giving a great, fast and efficient support. I heard about this hosting a month ago and I honestly didn't expect what I was going to receive, this is perfect for what you pay. It's the best hostings I ever got, if you are going to pay for any other cheap hostings, don't do that. Buy winternode, they give you what they say, they are better than other famous hostings that just advertise and advertise. In just 3 words, this is amazing.

The service is honestly better than the majority of other providers and they wont steal from your resources; what you pay for is what you get. Above that the service is very stable it never crashed and there was absolutely no lag with over 100 plugins and 30+ people online. Mind you I paid for the 10gb emerald service and the price is honestly hard to beat for the hardware you are getting and trust me because I shopped around for over a month.

And let me not forget to mention that their customer service is awesome. They respond quickly and are always willing to help get you ahead. I had even asked them to input Aikar's suggested fixes to my server and they did without me having to argue the why.

You will not regret any cent or time spent working with winternode.

My first time hosting a Minecraft: Java Edition server. Also, my first time hosting a Minecraft server that isn't a Realm.
Heard about these guys when a company hosting a server I am associated with had to shut down, WinterNode was suggested to migrate to.
New to this, I opened a support ticket and the team were happy to help with my 'I know this is a stupid question, but...' type of questions.
Now that we're all set up, the server is very reliable and performs incredibly well especially for its price.

Attentive, professional, willing to go the extra mile. I have been operating servers for over a decade and the value provided by WinterNode in hardware and support is unrivaled even by my incredibly expensive AWS and Microsoft enterprise support plans. Thank you for providing knowledge even outside your own hosting services!

I haven't had many problems at all with Winternode. The few problems I have had, the customer support team answered quickly and efficiently (less than 15 minute response time). Their platform is easy to use and fairly intuitive. A great choice for a smaller server like mine.

I ask for a Aikar flag to optimice my server and they do all the process, other thing, they send me especific docs of my backups i request, the only hosting that have time for you!
"I've added Aikar flags and 1.5G of Ram Overhead to your server. Please restart your server to avail of the recent changes. If you plan on upgrading your service in the future, please make sure to get in contact with us as these manual changes may not reflect/revert upon upgrade automatically."

I absolutely love the service they provide. I've been running a heavily modded forge server with plugins as well with no issues for almost half a year now.

The team went above and beyond with helping me set up the server when I first joined. They spent several hours helping me load and transfer everything I had from a previous host.

Very helpful especially "Falceso" and "Brandon". I'm completely new to this whole server thing and they helped me even though it may have been a easy/obvious fix.

Support is great! They helped me out right away and everything worked fine. Server panel is pretty self explanatory so I figured it out after playing with it or a few minutes. People are very friendly and highly recommend.

This is an amazing service. It is very cheap, runs well, and has a great community. The owners are incredibly friendly and the setup is pretty easy, even with modded. The only thing I could recommend is tutorials for how to put in custom modpacks, as I would be lost if I hadn't done this before. Other than that, this is amazing, thank you so much for existing, and I hope you have a successful future.

WinterNode is a mid-range price hoster, but every penny is worth it. Their support team is amazing. I usually get a detailed response after an hour of sending my tickets. Not a fan of the game panel design but everything is top notch. They also offer a free test server for a few days which is nice.

After 7ish months of service, I can continue to vouch that their support is just truly amazing. Their prices are still very competitive and are great for a beginner friendly server all the way to a large network!

I recently started hosting an FTB Revelation server. I tried a couple other fairly low cost hosts and had some issues. When I tried Winternode there was one issue where I needed to change the Java parameters. I submitted a ticket and within minutes they had updated the start command and I’m now able to run the server flawlessly for an amazing price.

Winternode is a fantastic host for the price. I have had no issues with my server, and when i did a free trial to test it out they gave me more ram to make sure my modpack worked. Great for both vanilla and modded MC.

I was looking for a host in the US with a minimal package for ~4 to 6 players. Our old server was laggy despite running a very slim papermc server. The WinterNode package performance has exceeded my expectations that we have begun to add a few players and mods. Support is very fast. Discord support is even faster. The Control panel is deceptively powerful. I am new to WinterNode, and I would purchase again. Highly recommended for a small server on a budget.

Best Minecraft hosting! They are offering a great CPU at good prices. Great support through their Discord server, supporting both English and Spanish with quick responses. Fast Game Control Panel, loads in less than a second. I am more than satisfied with this host!
