Winsurance agents always provide quick, courteous service! I have made numerous requests over the years and, in the end, they always come through!

Gonçalo was prompt, thorough and flexible with our insurance needs. He explained the terms clearly and helped us navigate to have our policy in place when we needed it, in this case to accomodate our travel plans. We were also able to clarify a few detail with him during an online community forum we participated in. I highly recommend Winsurance for your insurance needs. We have secured various policies through them and always have a good experience and it is affordable.

Goncalo Mateus helped me with my reimbursement for treatment with an orthopedist. He continually kept me informed and contact the insurance company regarding the status of my reimbursement. He never gave up and provided me with clear information. If it were not for Goncalo, I would have had to deal with the insurance company on my own which would have been difficult for me. I cannot thank Goncalo enough for all he did to help me with this insurance claim.
