I ordered in the morning and it was delivered to my door that afternoon! Not everyone can expect to have a member of staff drive past their door and drop a book in but it was so kind of Hazel to do so and to refund me the postage.

Winstones came up trumps.
I wanted a specific book by Benjamin Ferenz for my mum. It was sold out on Amazon, and all other large chain bookshops. Winstones Books came up trumps, had a copy in a very good condition, sent it extremely quickly, and it was beautifully wrapped. Highly recommend.
