So far I'm a little sceptical about…

So far I'm a little sceptical about this site I've only just signed up and so far I haven't received any welcome bonus as they say that I have after looking on the transaction history it says that I have but I recall it that I excepted it but it transfers me to a different game where I spin the wheel and it gives me 100 spins not thinking that these 100 spins are the 10 pound welcome bonus it automatically takes me to another site game then another one and another not even knowing going back in to promotion thinking that the wins from each game could be collected as winning I went to the first which was the lowest to collect it when I went to collect the rest they had gone to my surprise they'd come up on history as cancelled bonus and didn't even get the 10 pound welcome bonus because it interacted with the spins and numerous other games it took me to after uploading all my details addresses letters to driving licence and passport they then ask me to send a picture of my bank card back and front wait a minute that doesn't sound right to me never in my life have I ever been asked that before I said no way am I sending you pictures of my bank details it's GDP they tell me they have rights to ask for this a gaming commission I don't think so mate I deposited with my card and the reason why when I deposited you already have the details only a potential amount of numbers are xxx except the last four digits this is a data protection violation if it doesn't do that but to ask for a picture of my bank card both sides hahaha don't think so withdrawal from there telling me banks are shut it's the weekend is unheard of I'm still waiting for my withdrawal and still on the site as I haven't been able find any real reason to get off there as a bad site and not deposited to much so there's still a chance to give them a extra star or two but will have to find out will definitely be putting another review on if things go better or worse

Relatively good site. Good range of games. Had wins upon deposits. Was happy with my game play as previously playing elsewhere. Had an account since march but was not previously asked for verification whilst depositing. Had a large win and still awaiting payout although all verification submitted upon request. Kept asking for more. This is the only sites letdown. Customer service are great. Happy to change to 5 star Once withdrawal is received

Great site and customer service

I joined Winomania earlier this year, but decided to close my account after a couple of months as I was playing else where and I wanted to only have one active account. However just recently I have not really enjoyed the other site, so I opted to go back to Winomania.
I contacted live chat and spoke to John and I have to say it was a very quick, smooth and professional service, I have always found that the customer service at Winomania is 1st class.

Will be a 5 star once money has been paid

Won a relatively small amount in the early hours of Sunday morning. Spoke to chat service who were very informative, a plethora of games to choose from. No complaints. Will be a 5 star once winnings are in my account.

STAY AWAY! I joined deposited a lot of money didn’t get my bonuses I complained then tbeh closed my account and didn’t give my deposits refunded after I deposited over £3000 I would not reccomend anyone to use

All of our promotional codes have certain criteria for applicability, and if these requirements are not met, we won't be able to apply them to your account. Despite this, several courtesy bonuses have been added manually.
