Great experience!

I am surprised at the negative feedback. I won over £330 and the money was in my account two days later. I had contact with Customer Services who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. You can’t withdraw your funds, let alone speak to someone. They can see me trying to connect on live chat but they’re choosing to ignore me. And never respond to emails. Funny how they are available when you have a different type of problem. Scam site!!!

Generally quite good - but inconsistent

Generally quite good, historically very quick withdrawal timeframes I would say 9/10 I've had the money paid within 3-4 hours. Pretty good selection of games. There are bonuses but I don't really understand how to use them so have not bothered. This most recent few withdrawals have took a bit longer, still within the timeframes at the moment in their terms and conditions not sure if it's changed recently but I use to be paid out on weekends even, that doesn't seem to be a thing anymore. But kind of grew accustomed to the next quick turn around from previous withdrawals, made me think that was the norm. So disappointed with most recent withdrawal requests but it is in timeframe they state so yanno.

Very misleading

Very misleading welcome bonus, when I asked on chat for clarification I was further confused with tonnes of copy and pasted terms full of jargon. Then told I may have a gambling problem depiste getting so fed up that i tried to withdraw my deposit without gambling it at all, then i had to jump thru loads more hurddles. Upload various documents on a system that doesn't even work! PLZ AVOID! Safe your self the stress!
