There Was a delay in my order ,due to a lack of communication but once it was resolved I had no problems and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful

5 stars for customer service, 4 stars overall
There were a couple of problems, but wingspan definitely deserve a 5 star for customer service. It's a lovely watch, really different to anything I've had before and I would use wingspan again.

I would have given a 4 but due to some…
I would have given a 4 but due to some confusion over what had/ had not been disatched, it took quite a bit longer to recieve all 3 watches i ordered.
Having said that once I had been in touch with the company I was well looked after by Ashley.
All 3 watches look good and as one is a present for my son I think he's going to be equally impressed with the quality and look of his soon to be new time piece.
