Christmas Gift

Bought for my husband as a Christmas present. Process, correspondence up to arrival very good. Very pleased with the watch, it looks to be good quality and looking forward to seeing his face when he opens the wrapping paper.

A lovely looking watch which I am sure…

A lovely looking watch which I am sure will be appreciated by the recipient as it was a Christmas gift.
I had asked for it to be shipped to a different address which unfortunately didn’t happen but Wingspan were quick to offer to pay the postage and I received the money within minutes of sending the receipt.
Fantastic customer service.

Beautiful watches

Beautiful watches I was very pleased when the watch arrived, i bought it as a gift and it was lovely to have if packaged in a nice wooden box. I would recommend this company to anyone, great quality and very quick service and a lovely range of watches in many different types of wood, very pleased with everything.

Order got mixed up with another…

Order got mixed up with another customers. However Wingspan were quick to remedy the problem. After a few days I received my correct order. Communication was good regarding the error.
The goods were received safely and in good condition.

Got a beautiful watch

Got a beautiful watch, think it's amazing and stunning. Would recommend the watch to everyone. It came in a lovely wooden box, really love it and everything about the wooden from colours to shape and size definitely would buy again. Thank you.

After service needs improvement

I had a problem with it. Not offered a swap. Never answered my complaint. Didn’t reply. Charge for returns.
