Great products that make lovely gifts.
We have bought a number of Wingback products both for ourselves and as gifts and have always been pleased with the quality of the products, the speed of service and the packaging. Recently gave mechanical pens and 'cache' key rings as 18th birthday presents and they loved them.

Really unimpressed with the quality of…
Really unimpressed with the quality of product and customer service.
Ordered a mechanical pencil - this is somehow defective and won't 'load' the next pencil lead. I've emailed about this and other than a standard 'we'll get back to you autoreply', have heard no further.
Ordered a personalised wallet. The leather is so soft it marks and dents instantly. Not the quality I would have expected.
I will update this review once I receive a response but this seems the only way to try and provoke a response from customer services.

Hi Dan,
As a super small team we do give a window of 3 working days to reply to all communications.
I've checked through our correspondence and can confirm each message was replied to in the above time frame.
As discussed via email, the leather will develop marks and patina over time, this is the nature of a soft, high quality, vegetable tanned leather. I would suggest keeping it separate from keys to avoid scratches as much as possible.
We have a whole section on the website dedicated to leather wear and care that you may find helpful.
