The order placed July 23rd and duly paid. The delivery lost at Fedex Bedford with no effort by Winedirect to describe the package to FedEx. Phone not answered. Hypetlinks do not work, phone calls rare... Leggi di più
Great and easy to use ordering services. So would recommend, just one tiny issue once ordered there’s little or no communication. The order tracking Suso doesn’t work or maybe it did once upon a time.... Leggi di più

Great quality wine and top sellers
Great quality wine and top sellers, you get that special one-to-one relationship and individual attention which makes your order worthwhile. Delivery is super fast and you get notification when your wine is due, all in all a very trustworthy and caring company. Marion

Not received my wine…
Having not received my order as promised I emailed them 3 times no response. I then left a message onmessenger, no response. Made a claim on PayPal and suddenly got a phone call apologising fir none delivery as they had not got any of the wine I ordered! They are still advertising it for sale. Would not recommend this company Update a phone call from the company complaining about my review, I told him I can only state the truth and would not alter my review. Would not deal with this company again.
I have just read the reply to my review and I think they must have got me mistaken for someone else as what they reply is totally wrong to my experience with them.

Risposta di Winedealdirect
Hi Geoffrey, we ordered in a specific product for you - at your request, which is no longer produced by the brand. A colleague informed you that it would take a little longer as we had to take a different route to source the wine.
You advised over email that you were happy to go ahead with the order. Your order was delivered and signed for, please see the link https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace?trackNumber=PBPV7206790001
You purchased one case but we have to buy in big volumes. So you are absolutely correct, we are still stocking this product. This review is disappointing as we bent over backwards (as we do with all our customers) to source a wine for you that was not available anywhere in the world.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Wine Deals Direct and found them to be very reasonably priced and great on delivery. They keep you well informed of how your order is progressing, even down to a mapped location via the Shop app.
Will definitely be using again.
