This company is excellent. Great customer service and they chose a great delivery company!

It was convenient to place the order and the delivery was perfect. Very happy with the service.

I am struggling with the delivery. Fed. Ex made five different visits till found somebody home. they have never came at the time they told us, and so nobody was at home to sign for the delivery.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. All the complaints you found here are all legit. You order a bunch of items, all of which appear to be available…online, as well as when you call and make the whole purchase over the phone..:however, after 2 weeks you start seeing a delivery start email, but most of your items are missing. You call, and say items are out of stock, even though the website states otherwise, so false advertising, no credits to your account, nor a call to confirm if you still want the delivery, without 50% of your order originally made. They didn’t want to refund me, until I had to get really upset. It seemed one of those business ran from a bedroom, 2 people always picking up the phone, without any knowledge of wines, liquors, etc.

Efficient and easy order to delivery. And most importantly the wine is excellent.

I ordered 3 bottles of Spartico red wine which is Organic,upon arrival,that night we opened a bottle to have some, took a sip and almost threw up, the wine had gone bad so we opened up the next one it was bad too and the 3rd one was no better, I wrote to Wine chateau about this and wanted a refund you know what they said,

We apologize for this situation. Only one open bottle was enough to know if the batch is good or no.
The 2nd and 3rd bottle should not have been opened without consulting with us.

What we can do is to refund you for one bottle + $10 off the shipping. Total refund $24.97.

Now you tell me how you are suppose to know the others come from the same batch,
This is bad business in my opinion, and all they want to do is give me a refund on one bottle and im out the rest of my money because I needed to consult them first before opening the wine.
They need to be checking the wine before they send it out.

Placed an order in 2/17/25 and still haven't received my order. Have contacted customer service numerous times and first received stock emails, then was told to wait until Mon, then told my order was lost at the warehouse, then told it was picked up by the carrier and I should receive my order by end of week. Still nothing. Next email I sent, I was told that they had requested tracking info and would get back to me ASAP. Still nothing and it's now 3/08/25. Never have I had this much trouble with an online order.
Update:
Finally received my order this morning 3/13/25. Exactly what I ordered and in good condition, however, I'm afraid to order again due to inaccurate communication and long shipping time.

Order arrived exactly as expected. I had tried to order a specific limited edition scotch from 4 different stores and it kept coming back out of stock or they’d send the wrong edition. Wine Chateau NAILED my order!! :) Great selection of hard to find items! Prompt shipping, solid packaging, and great price. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you!!

Shipping is fast, and the wine bottles are always well-protected.

The wine I ordered is great. The packaging is excellent (not plastic foam), but FedEx delivery is terrible. They sent two delivery messages with two different delivery times. The wine wasn’t delivered within either of those two windows. They are just terrible.

Great communication via email from Wine Chateau.FedEx delivery not so great. Wanted to pick up the package at the office, but FedEx attempted home delivery. Needed to call FedEx to honor my wish.

They do what they say they'll do! Note that liquor is not part of the free shipping plan...just wine.

If I could give this company negative stars I would do it. First of all they falsely advertised having the wine I wanted in stock. Then they took forever to ship me the wrong vintage. Next they refused to return my calls to customer service and instead sent me a feckless stock email that explained nothing and now I am stuck with wine that I did not order. Do not purchase anything from this company. Find a reputable broker and avoid Wine Chateau at all cost.
