THEY ARE A SCAM

They are criminals. They advertise bottles that they do not have (They have NO STOCK, they are a middle-man who takes a cut). My wife and I ordered two $100 bottles of a specific vintage, and received two bottles of a completely different vintage worth 50% LESS then what we paid for. We called them on it, and they offered 5% refund. Then they offered 15% refund. We flat out refused (Obviously!!) We said give us 50% off so that we only pay for what we received and we'll keep it, they refused (Makes no sense, they would have literally gotten exactly what the wine was worth and instead they paid for shipping back which basically amounts to the difference. It's like they'd rather say 'screw you' to a customer AND lose money). So they send a return label, and I pack it back up and take it to the UPS store. Next day UPS shows up at my house looking to pick it up. They scheduled a pickup for $200 worth of wine and DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL US. WHAT ABSOLUTE CLOWNS! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
