The original order was dispatched quickly and arrived when expected. After just 100 miles of use, one of the wiper blades failed, due to a manufacturing fault. My email to let windscreenwipers know was replied to immediately, and a replacement blade was dispatched the same day, without charge and without quibble.
This company provided a really impressive level of customer service, and I would recommend them without reservation.

Very quick response at a great price. I had booked my car in for a service, mentioning in advance that the back wiper needed replacing, but they had no stock. I was planning a long trip and needed to fix the problem quickly. I was very happy that the replacement I ordered from you came in good time, and that it was easy to fit.

Great service and value for money
2 types of wipers fot my car. Wrong set sent initially, but quickly replaced FOC with the correct wiper. Good product and excellent customer service. Good Value for money too.
