Faulty pen

Faulty pen . I ordered a Apple Pencil from this site to replace my broken one. It looks and feels completely different from the Apple Store original and the pen sensitivity doesn’t work at all.

Dire experience

Dire experience. Bought a MagSafe battery, costing 34.99. Inadequate storage, so returned it - clearly poor quality Chinese supplier. Was then charged 8.75 restocking fee along with 3 quid postage. I don’t mind the postage, but ‘restocking fee’?? Give me a break. This is why Amazon wins.

Counterfeit product

Ordered an I pencil pro which upon receipt it was clearly a counterfeit product. When contacting the Iprostore team they were not only very apologetic but also diligent and professional in managing the return and refund in a timely manner They also advised the 3rd party supplier has been removed from their site. I consider my experience to be an unfortunate exception

Do not buy anything from this company. They are utterly worthless and contemptuous. They never respond to emails, phone calls or texts. It is ridiculous. The only contact available is through a disinterested ai robot. It’s not clear if anyone is a sentient entity and capable of intelligent interaction. It’s just incredible that they can exist legally. AVOID.

Outstanding service and products…

This is my second purchase from iPro and I couldn’t be happier. As a pensioner the savings on my phone case and MagSafe battery pack are most appreciated.
Finally just a note regarding their customer service, I had a question before purchase and they replied within 2 minutes of me sending my email, well done iPro. 👏

Fake Apple pencil

i purchased an Apple pencil from iPro store earlier. The moment I received it I knew it is counterfeit because I have an authentic one bought from Apple earlier. The only good thing about the store is that when i reached out to demand an refund they did refunded pretty quickly.

Just bought Apple Pencil Pro

Bought Apple Pencil Pro. Wouldn’t charge and after deep research it’s clear it’s old stock and the lithium battery has been dormant for too long and past the stage where it will charge properly. I gave them the change to help but just get the copy and pasted technical answers. They even said to make sure I was using a genuine Apple Pencil??? They sold me the b####y thing so they should know!!

Although I was frustrated will the issue and the fact that they were difficult to talk to I actually received a call from them explaining that they had a new seller who had obviously let them down too, I was emailed a returns label and issued a full refund.

Sometimes it's just about talking to someone. They should make that a lot easier to do! (Thanks Adam) **Edited 26th May** Changed from 1 star to 4

Happy to buy from here

I ordered an iPhone case from iPro Store recently and honestly the quality surprised me.

The case feels very premium in hand, fits perfectly, and the buttons are soft and responsive unlike many cheap cases online. The MagSafe connection is also strong and works exactly as expected.

Delivery was quick, packaging was clean, and overall the whole experience felt much more premium than most accessory stores I’ve tried before.

Definitely one of the better Apple accessory stores I’ve ordered from in the UK. I’ll probably order more colours soon.

Ignore all positive reviews as these are fake. This website sells replicas from china which is why shipping takes so long. I’m currently in the middle of a fraud case with my bank to get the money back, save yourself the hassle! Avoid at all costs!

Poor Customer Service for Faulty Item

Ordered a MagSafe wallet to attach to iPhone, order came in the specified time, however it is faulty, and will not pair to phone.
I emailed their support team immediately and was told a returns shipping label would be issued. Over a week later and a further email sent, I am still waiting for the shipping label.
They have replied to second email and told me not to worry?? I’m not worried, but frustrated as I would like a full refund for a faulty item.
I would not use this company or recommend them!

Fake products

Ordered apple pencil 1st generation and non of the accessories came with the product. Also, the pen is totally fake because it doesn’t pair with the ipad like it is supposed to be and had to pair through bluetooth.
I tried to contact the company to return my order and still haven’t heard from them.

Fake Apple products listed as "genuine". AVOID!

The item they sold was fake. Their website lists their Apple products as "genuine", but this is false advertising and extremely dangerous/ illegal.

I ordered an Apple silicone case, and immediately knew it was fake due to the packaging, lack of MagSafe animation when putting the case on, and inner-case text font. What this company is doing is fraudulent and they should not be allowed to operate.

I tried contacting multiple times with no response. Only after threatening legal action did they provide a full refund. I have also reported this business to my bank.

AVOID, and always approach caution with any other websites which completely brand themselves as genuine resellers.
