Overall a pleasant experience. The sales end appeared to be a little contrived but the install was fantastic. It took a little longer than we had expected but our installers were meticulous and when they were done, you could not find any trace they were ever here.

Install crew was professional, polite, and completed the windows in a timely manner. The finished product was great!

My first experience being a 10-window purchase and installation, was great.
This recent experience being a two-door purchase and installation, didn't quite go as planned.
I will hold back on a complete review at this time, due to the fact that Window Nations Customer Service Rep has already contacted me and has set up a follow up visit to review my concerns next week.

The professional and quick

Installers we super knowledgeable and worked quickly. They also cleaned up around their work space leaving it cleaner then it was before.

We needed to replace 18 Windows and a sliding glass door. We had 3 companies come out and give us estimates. One of the companies was very pushy, felt super sleezy, and did not give my wife and I a good feeling so we were left comparing Window Nation with another big-name company with similar products. The Window Nation sales rep was straight forward, gave us his best offer up front. The other companies tried the "I can give you this extra discount if you sign right now and put a sign outside when we do the work and agree to move forward right now." Window Nation allowed me the time to consider my project, ask questions, consider my options, and ultimately make my decision. Once we agreed to move forward, I received regular communications, and the windows were ready ahead of schedule. The install team arrived on time with 2 trucks and 5 men and amazingly got all 18 Windows and slider done in one day despite finding some rotten wood that needed to be replaced on almost every window frame. They worked hard all day, were polite, and overall did a great job! It's been a week since install and we are very happy with the appearance and quality of our new windows.

Contractors did good work. They didn't really explain much, just showed up, knocked out the work, and left. They were mostly clean, but I found some trash and construction debris around my property afterwards.

I was more disappointed that over half my windows had some kind of manufacturing defect that wasn't obvious at first, but noticeable upon closer inspection. Scratches or blemishes between panes and ripped screens. I will work through the warranty process but 50% is a pretty bad success rate.

Quite literally the definition of a “pass the buck” company. It’s impossible to speak to anyone directly related to your order, you get passed from one centralized service rep to another with zero resolution. After 5 hours of calls and lack of return calls, one single service rep has offered hope.

Installers were skillful and thorough. They finished in record time

Well priced, high quality, on time, and meticulous with the installation and cleanup.

Call to have something on my door repaired. Repair man called me earlier on the day of my appointment stating he had a cancellation. Would it be OK if he came earlier, which was wonderful. Very pleasant repairman came and fix the problem and was gone probably no more than 30 minutes excellent service.

Fast, courteous, clean.

They installed the windows on rotted wood. They were polite and cleaned up but still for 4600.00 they should have repaired the wood. There is also a mark on one of the windows which needs to be fixed

When they put the windows in they got the walls all dirty around them and there was a little damage to the walls and ledge. But your customer service was great, called me right back and sent someone out to look at it, he was great. But he did say there was a part in my contract that says they're not responsible for a little damage which to me makes no sense.

They did an excellent job,They were knowledgeable, respectful and quick.

Customer service was good and the installation was very good and easy all around good service

Alex Amos (our rep) was wonderful, he came to our house with a demonstration window and really broke down how each tier of window worked which allowed us to make a good decision that fit into our budget. He also responded to every text I sent him after whenever we had any kind of question.

As far as the install went, I really can’t complain at all. The crew came out and explained everything and did their thing. The new windows look beautiful and really, what more could you ask for?
