Great crew! They were professional and went about the installation process with great care. Their clean up was terrific. All in one day!

Scheduling was disorganized. I could never get the same person twice. Bringing wrong materials and not communicating issues with window installs. Two screen were broken on arrival, and still waiting for replacements several weeks later. Advertising energy efficient windows, but the ones that arrives are not energy efficient approved for the the state of MA.

Still waiting for the front window to be trimmed out properly after waiting 4 months for it to be installed after the original installation date.

Very efficient. I am leery about doing my research on the internet. As soon as you give your email address and phone number to inquire about prices the spam starts. Not the case with Window nation, no hard sell. They pull permits and when they are done you would never know that they were here other than having new windows. My guys were great.

Although it seemed like I waited forever for a replacement window, it only took 5 minutes to replace it, I am satisfied with the workmanship.

From quoting process to the actual windows install, the experience has been so easy and everyone we’ve worked with were so professional and helpful. The crew cleaned as they went through each room. Finished product looks amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Installation and quality was great

Installation team came out promptly, worked efficiently as a team, and did a fine job. Mike, the leader, was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only negatives were: 1) that I booked the appt. a few weeks before, but didn't receive any text or email reminder after that; and 2) that thin stripes of glue were left on the windows from the labels that were on them, and I'll need to get a glass scraper to remove them.

The installation team was friendly, well prepared and did a really good job. I think 8 windows in 5 hours on ladders is very impressive. I am very satisfied at the work they did.

So far overall experience was excellent. Had 1 torn screen and was told it would be replaced on October 25 but it came in early so that was a plus. Work crew was excellent they came on time, very professional and cleaned up area. As of right now we are pleased.

Installers on time, professional and neat no complaints

My initial introduction was not great. The sales person was late and did not present in a professional manner.I went out to his car to get him. His presentation was over 2 hours, I was told 1 hour. He had a stack of estimates, all wrinkled from other companies. If I wanted to know about other companies I would have called them. His selling point was they would get it done fast! The guy that did the measurements called while I was at work to move up our appointment due to "he was in the area." He stated he would be done in 5 minutes and that he never makes mistakes. I lost 2 hours of work and was a nervous wreck if these windows would come in correctly. When the installers came, the theme continued about a fast job. I told them, I didn't want a rush job but I do want a good job. They were the best part of the experience. I also felt a bit cheated due to my 0% for 18 months financing was 24 months 0% financing a week later. End result, the windows look good. I just need information on the screens. Thank you.
