The original planner was helpful at giving us our most affordable options. The installers were amazing! Super professional, super friendly and did a great job.

Getting through to anyone is very difficult. I tried calling for over a week and finally had to pretend that I wanted new windows and then I waited another 10 days for someone to get back to me to schedule an appointment. When the serviceman finally came he didn’t have the part so I’m still waiting. These windows are junk, but at least the customer service made up for it but not anymore!

Your phone system has a loop in it when the client calls and after waiting awhile it kills the client call. I was waiting for awhile for an agent and then it forced me to leave a voicemail. ( I didn't want to). So after three times of calling back and waiting, I left a voicemail, because it forced me too. I nvr got a call back.

Installer’s were polite and professional. Cleaned up after.

There is NO caulking around the window. The molding around the window needs to be nailed properly.

From the salesman Will on through the installation crew, it was a good experience.
Although they were certainly not inexpensive windows, you get what you pay for. The whole process went well and a solid installation crew.

Great instillation. However the crew left a power saw behind!

Was left with a torn screen on one of the windows. I reported the issue over a week ago and noone is calling me back with next steps. I've called several times and spoke to couple different office workers.

The sales representative, office staff and the installers were excellent. Easy to speak with and handle their work well.

Give all people involved with contact people a phone that shows that they come from Window Nation. I will not answer any calls from numbers that I do not know.
When I was given a number to set up a Installation date, do not attempt too sell anything else. I did hang up and will not make any chose any thing else this is Bull S. there is no raison the salesman can not take the measurements for the windows to be installed. This would cut down on delivery time. In my estimation the windows provided were not worth the Money that I was charged for them even including installation. The installation people did a very good job. They got here on time and worked contused untiled the job was done.

We had a window replacement install and had one window sash that had a handle on it that was not supposed to be there. Also three screens that came torn. They delivered the screens when they came to check out the window which was earlier than we originally were told! The sash will be replaced in 3-4 weeks and then the job will be complete.

No problems at time of installation.

Overall windows nation did a great job the product was as described the two workers who did the installation were outstanding and they are the people who will make the company stand out the initial salesman was equally as good of course nothing is perfect i think customer service could have updated us a little more often and the promotion for a getaway we are still waiting for our paperwork and details thank you

They made dealing with my HOA completely seamless- sent me all the forms and contracts in a timely manner - the windows installation was both efficient and professional!! I would highly recommend this company and their employees for an excellent job experience !!

The installers were very hard to communicate with.Nobody informed them that they were dealing with brick and they did not have the right fasteners

The install went very well. The crew installed 12 windows in 1 day, were professional, and left my property in good and clean order.

The windows themselves are of decent quality. On occasion the alignment required to lock the window can take several tries. Secondly, there is no 'hand grip' to open the lower window, requiring instead pressure of fingers/hands at top of glass. This makes the glass appear 'dirty'.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars!!! I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt knowing that most people only leave a real review if they had a bad experience. I was sadly mistaken and should have followed my gut. This entire experience has been HORRIBLE! They will cancel on you last minute and tell you they will give you a credit for the inconvenience (still no credit given). You can call and leave voicemail after voicemail with no return call….request to speak with a manager and still no call. My windows were installed on June 28th, 2025 and the job is still NOT DONE!!! Still can’t get a return call from a manager. Asked for another credit due to the inconvenience of their terrible service and even worse customer service. They never ordered the material they needed to complete the job until I hounded them and got them to finally figure it out and order the stuff only to show up without the stuff they needed to complete the job. They showed up to “figure out” what’s needed when they should have known all along and then cancelled the appointment the day of to complete the work. Service finance reached out to me to see if the job was complete and I advised them it was not. They told me they would reach out to window nation to get it rectified and advised me to ignore anything regarding payment until my job was complete. Window nation has since reported to them that my job is complete when it still isn’t as of me writing this on 10/30/25. I have filed a complaint with service finance against window nation and they are supposed to be launching an investigation on their end. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this. My credit score has dropped significantly! I still can’t get a return phone call from ANYONE at window nation or service finance on how we are going to rectify all of this. I came home today to find a hand delivered confidential piece of mail from service finance taped to my front door WITH ZERO NOTICE they were coming on my property stating my account is delinquent! I will be contacting my attorney tomorrow! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! RUN FAR FAR AWAY! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Their communication was non-existent. My salesman sold me the doors, but when I had a problem he never followed through. The doors are hard for me to open and the installer said that was the best he could do. I was told to go buy dry lubricant to see if that would help. Honestly, I spent $8,000 and I had to try to fix it???????One lock was broken and it took 3 weeks for them to send someone out.
