Affordable, quality windows installed in one day. Install crew was kind, courteous and very effecient! Window Nation kept in close communication with us from start to finish, and walked us through their entire process, from window selection to final install.

3 windows out of 5 had seal problems between glass. Seals were not installed correctly by manufacture that will let humidity and dust to accumulate between glass panels that obviously can not be cleaned. Company has quality control issues.

so, we were shopping windows last week of may and plan to have it by the end of summer which we did. we went through 6 window company in the hope of getting the best of our bucks. all six company except andersons of course has more or less the same quote. we end up doing business with window nation . We were quoted 29k for just 8 windows but end up paying almost 12k for all the discounts that there is. I was surprised at first for the big discount. They have the 2 year installment plan , no down at that time when i negotiated the price with the sales people. But that didnt work for us because of we do that route we will end up paying 19k as per the sales manager. So , payment plan with out interest is not with out interest at all. Now , I learned that even if they have this plan or promotion is not with out interest at all for borrowing money from the bank . All the interest somehow is added with the price.
So, after all the emailing back and forth and talking to 6 different company. we decided to get window nation. Both Richard and Brent are patience with all of my questions. Close deal on mid June. Final measurement were done but the technician that did the final measurement were late that I have to stay an hour and has to be late in my work. I have to make a follow up call .
Installation. Scheduled on August 16,They started 10am and done almost 8pm which is fine with us because we don not want them to come back as well the next day even if Jo Martinez the manager told us that we can tell them to stop and come back but we just want it done as well. Now, the finish product. Obviously the window is better than what we had. The frame was bigger that what we had before we have to adjust our curtain rod wider. Looks so good inside but not outside because as they explain they have to correct the previous placement and have to cut the structure little bit leaving the right side more space/gap and cover with a panel thus looks uneven. The 4 star is that 1. its hard to communicate to them they have a younger crew that can speak English but can not explain to us better as well.2. Argon gas is supposed to help reduce noise from outside but we still here the same noise outside there is no difference with our old windows a little bit frustrated with this because we were excited that we wont be hearing the loud noise of the car outside since we are close to I36 . 3. As much as the crew are nice and respectful and leave our house clean but they missed to pick up some nails in the carpet 2 are big and 1 small which is not cool because I don't normally wear shoes or slippers inside, And I have photos of it. As far as the electricity if it will it helps us reduce it. We do not know yet . We will have to see next month. We are just hoping that this window will last us longer.

Service, courtesy, knowledgeable installation technicians, well organized, and cleaned up as if there was no hint of any material used.

Great product, excellent installation!

Door installation was great, but it was a bit annoying having everyone who contacted me want to discuss my window order / installation. You guys installed one door. Definitely would feel more professional if the folk calling or emailing me were aware of what my order was and the communication reflected that.

The company is an excellent option for window for me. Great customer service, outgoing and friendly techs, sales wasn't pushy and listened to my needs and followed thru with the transactions exactly how he explained. Install crews did great, could use a little slow down time to check for clean up areas, but otherwise awesome!
Had an tiny issue with missing screw caps and missed communication, good chance I was trying to message the wrong person, but either way the issue was immediately resolved and the tech that came out was extremely helpful with a remedy!!!!!!!
Thank you Window Nation for many options to fit my price range, basically immediate install time ( like 4-5 weeks! Unheard of!! ) and top notch customer service.

A number of my windows by the siding on my house - the painting was just ripped off the siding, leaving bare and open to the weather. They could have taken a razorblade and cut the paint etc.. down along the window. The installs said it is your siding issue not us!. The installers could have but chose not to adjust the window around my siding!!!

The sales lady said when she is selling me the windows " Oh, I don't see anything wrong with your siding.... The sales lady said she was on it the day of the install.... Never hear back for a week... she says I have to go get the paint to match my siding paint and they will come paint. Oh thanks so much.... Not helpful... I paid for a service with the Windows not to rip my paint off my siding. She wouldn't even come by to pick up her check for the remaining balance....

Incredible team! Professional, courteous, respectful to us and our property. They worked quickly and efficiently. Very happy!

Great timely and professional install experience

From first contact everything has gone smoothly. Very professional and helpful. Terry our Sales Consultant continually checks in and responds immediately. The HOA Team provided everything needed for HOA approval, the process went so quickly. On the day of window installation 2 incredibly polite young men showed up right on time. They completed our project in 4 hours and my floors were cleaner than before their arrival. The install manager, Joe arrived the same day to be sure we were satisfied. We can't wait to have our new doors installed.

The team was hard working and very professional. We love the windows. They are everything we were promised. I highly recommend Window Nation

Everyone from sales, to installers were great. Unfortunately, some of our windows were measured incorrectly and they had to reorder. But they did so promptly and stuck to their word.

The crew was pleasant, careful and worked well together..they cleaned everything up and even moved some of my furniture back. I love my new windows.
Joe Martinez, install manager, pointed out flaws he was not pleased with and ordered new glass which has been ordered. I really am impressed by the honesty. Brendan Wild was the agent I purchased the windows from and he was always available.

The men were very professional that installed the windows the gentleman Kris was extraordinary and I thought I got the pretty good deal.
