Worked out mostly fine in the end. The people I worked with were friendly and the installers were efficient and clean. Customer service is not great, the installation was delayed a month further than expected, and the final inspection was scheduled a day ahead without verifying availability, and the inspector showed up when I already replied that no one would be available to be at the property that day before 2pm. This naturally resulted in a failed inspection. But I like the large windows we purchased so far. And I noticed the improvement in regulating the room temperature in this south facing room the very first day.

The experience was excellent starting with the in-home sales person who was realistic, budget conscious without cutting corners, to the friendly installers. I highly recommend Window Nation!

The timely manner of getting our quote, windows measured, and installed! The overall communication and process was seemless. And the amount of effort the window crew puts in for installation is amazing, covering up all our furniture, floors and leaving it cleaner than when they came in.

The installers were on time and did a great job . The New windows look Awesome and really match our property well. Nic was a super sales person, great personality and took the timie to get just the right windows we needed and wanted.

Once again...complete failure by Window Nation. In March, our brand-new windows were not installed correctly and do not lock or fit right. Joe Martinez promised us that new windows and frames would be ordered and installed. That was back on JULY 23rd and finally on December 9th they came to install the new windows. Well big surprise that they did not have frames ordered and just came with windows that DO NOT fit. Joe promised he would be on the premise for the install but same story of a no show and no call. So, our brand-new windows are locked with a walking stick and we had to put a brace in the top because of the gap and wind was blowing in raising our heating bill. We are now being told that the new windows will be here in March or April. Along with that inexcusable service, we also were promised that the trim and caulking would be replaced since it looks like one of my 1st graders did the job. So, a year later we might have windows that work. Not probably something that Window Nation wants out on social media or 9 News. Absolutely the worst customer service for something that costs $20,000.

Windows Nation and their representatives were very helpful to me as they installed four windows in my house. Chris Smith was my initial introduction to Windows Nation and he was very informative about his company and window needs in general. Between him and the installers Windows Nation was represented with knowledge and skill. Thank you.

They didn’t bring all of my replacement items. I had called and left a voicemail with a manager and never received a call back. They always take longer to deliver than what they tell you. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

The crew was on time and worked hard to install the windows in a 4 hour timeframe and cleaned up after themselves.

The two men who reinstalled my two living room window did an excellent job. Terry Lister who sold me the windows has been exceptionally helpful. However, the fellow in scheduling named Ben has a defective phone which has a malfunctioning voicemail feature which made it impossible for me to communicate with him.

I love my new windows! They have really transformed my home in terms of aesthetics and heating/cooling. Terry, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, thorough, and oh so helpful throughout the process. The only reason that I am giving four stars and not five is that there were some remaining questions about stickers before inspection, the payment process was a bit confusing with an external company running it and multiple steps/time to wait in between being able to set up a payment plan, and a few materials were left outside of my home/in my room upon completion.

In the beginning I was reassured it was not going to be like a past experience that I had and my door would be installed the right way but it has not turned out like I was promised. The door needed to be remeasured and was told it would be, it was not and I am already having problems, the top of my door have a strip of wood the same color as the paint on my door, because the frame of the door was not measured correctly, so l am waiting on the right length to be ordered. I was told that it has been ordered but what time it will arrive and be installed over my door It was not said.

We needed new windows on the West side of our home and couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly from the estimate and sale to the installation. We were kept up to date on the construction, shipping, and delivery of the windows and the installers were professional, thorough, and courteous. They answered any questions we had and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend Window Nation

Installers were supposed to call a half hour before arrival and did not, showing up right before the install window ended. I had a very hard time communicating with any of them, it would be helpful in the future if the lead installer spoke proficient English. They did a good job of tarping to protect the space but the incorrect interior trim was installed and the installer did not understand me when I explained it so we had to call window nation directly. They came back later that day to install the correct trim but we noticed later that it was painted poorly or scratched and there are black streaks all over it. Also some scratching on the door from install. Overall disappointing experience.

I was happy with my window but the change orders my rep put in didn't happen. They are going to make it right but I couldn't give 5 stars because of that. Other than that I was very happy with the installers and the service I got from Nicole to make things right. She was extremely helpful in making sure my order was as I wanted it. Beautiful sliding glass door and excellent quality.
