From the estimate to scheduling to installation and follow-up, everyone was extremely nice, helpful, courteous and competent. There was not one thing that was in the slightest way questionable or concerning. In my experience, Customer Service is on the decline in this country. Window Nation obviously has made it a priority in your business model.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and answered any questions. The work done was great! Glad we went with Window Nation.

They did an excellent job of putting up the sliding glass doors and cleaning up afterwards. I am very happy to finally have the bow window installed at 1010 Navajo/Carol Stream. I think the quality of the window; the oak finish on the inside, is excellent. The installers who completed the job last Friday were also very professional and did an amazing job.

Anthony, my sales rep, was also outstanding in every way during this whole 7 month process to get this custom window delivered and installed. The administrative staff at the Window Nation office could have done a better job for me. I believe Window Nation management did their best in this process, but I am very disappointed in only receiving at $1500 discount for the numerous problems and delays with this one window. I should have deducted $2500 on the final check--that would have gotten the attention of upper management.

I placed the order for a large custom sized bow window in mid February. Its roughly 11 feet wide by 5 feet high. The first window arrived in mid April; it might have been the correct size however it was made for a flat front house. My house has a bowed granite window sill. There were a couple scheduling delays for an initial install date as well.

The second window arrived about 6 weeks later--it was the wrong size--too tall. I think only 1 scheduling delay for this trip. The installers did not want to cut the header of my house for this window and I would not allow that to happen either. The window should be made to fit in the building, not modify the building to accommodate the window.... The installers measured the size of the window again. About 6 or 7 weeks later, mid August, I received a message; the window is ready to install. Due to my planned vacation, we chose Friday September 19th. Friday morning, I get an email from Window Nation telling me the truck broke down, the install has to be re-scheduled. Are you serious? My wife was furious and was ready to cancel the order that day and demand our full refund by 5pm.

In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the order and demanded my deposit back. Clearly, I had all the leverage. Again, I would have received faster action from Window Nation management. Window Nation would have been stuck with a custom window they cannot use or sell, the cost to build 2 previous versions for me and had to refund my money.

When the delivery was cancelled on the 19th, I demanded a $5000 deduction for the window. The local Window Nation office is only authorized to provide $1500 deduction. With all the delays, poor service with windows that won't fit my house, my time is worth more than $1500. It should not take 7 months to have a single window installed; custom sized or not.

To be fair, I did hear from local Window Nation management. I was advised there had been other customers who also experienced delays, wrong sized windows and scheduling mix ups. I was assured those issues were resolved moving forward. Thats great but my time is worth more than $1500. The process changes don't help me at this point. Again, if I had cancelled the order on the 19th, as I had every right to do after all the issues I experienced, I might have received a better offer from management.

I understand Window Nation did not make much, if any, profit on this job. But thats not my issue. Myself, and apparently several other customers, were helpful to Window Nation as we showed them specific areas in which their process was deficient. People were replaced, processes improved and Window Nation was able to become a better company.

I am very happy with the work of the installers, very happy with the work my sales rep, Anthony, did for me throughout the whole process. He was a real advocate for me. Window Nation management--I feel I did not get enough respect for all we went through. It would be nice to get a call from senior management, someone who could approve an additional $1000 refund on my window purchase.

Windows were installed on schedule and with minimal disruption. Installers wired hard and installed 21 windows in a day and a half.

The only reason I gave Window Nation 4 stars instead of 5 is that when coming to measure, they had told me 8:00 to 12:00 but didn't show up until after 1:00.
Unfortunately, they didn't call to update me either. Everything else was great. They sent good installers that got the job done swiftly and cleaned up completely.

Every interaction with WN, from sales to measurement and installation was professional. Installation team was focused, polite and capable. The windows are first-rate.

Window Nation was recommended to me through a friend. From the sales rep Adam Wagster to Brad who came to do the measurements and assured me that the installation was going to go smoothly and he would even be there the day of install. Jose one of the installers called 30mins before arrival and then called again when he arrived. Brad was there as well waiting for the two installers (Jose and Jesus aka Jessie). They remeasured and everything checked out. Brad is fantastic at his job and so were the installers! The whole process took the day but I had a lot of windows being replaced. They took great care of my carpet and even took the time to tell me what they were doing when I had a question. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process from sales, measurement, to install was made easy for a first time homeowner with a big purchase. I would 100% recommend Window Nation to anyone who wants quality, knowledgeable, and friendly service and windows!

The installers had very good attention to detail. Vinyl windows are solid quality. Overall, good experience, would recommend them to other potential customers. Thanks for satisfying us and meeting our expectations.

They showed up early, ahead of schedule but it worked out great! They knew exactly what to do and what was needed! They worked efficiently and quickly (2 windows in under an hour and a half!). The finished product was impressive and so nifty! We're very grateful with the results! Nice guys who cleaned up nicely and didn't leave any mess!

This project from start to finish was above and beyond the other window companies. It started with Jeff S’s in-depth review and proposal preparation and informative and I found him to be highly knowledgeable of the products and processes. Tiffany S. kept me up-dated on the nest steps and was very helpful and thorough. Jose F. And Jesus B. were Respectful, Friendly and Esteeming skilled. The project was 100% completed in one day. The removal and prep were much more involved than I could have imagined. I am totally impressed with Window Nation's Personal, Process, Product Quality and Pricing. I can now relax knowing that my windows are no longer a thing of stress for me and my wife.
