Warranty service scheduled for between 8 - 10 am. When I heard nothing, I called at 11:45. Apparently the service technician canceled and did not tell anyone, especially me the customer. My whole day was planned around this, now my entire day was wasted. Also, I have to put my bedroom back together since i made room to let them work and now dont know when they will be coming out.

The repair was done quickly and the tech explained how I can adjust the tension in the window frame.

We were promised bow windows like we had in the house, and we got windows that were 12" shallower
then we had in the house. They broke one of the windows and it took a month to replace it and we had a get together and had we to explain it to the gests.
Many times, we called to have things fixed and they
barley fixed any thing. I gave up !
They look nice but there almost as drafty as the old ones.

Horrible from the moment, we signed the papers. Delayed us on our installation, then sent installers that couldn't even speak English so we couldn't communicate with them. They showed up late worked well into the night where it was dark and it started raining. They did a horrible job so they had to send people to uninstall and then reinstall.. then during my first winter with my new windows I had ice and condensation on the inside of my home... called to put a request for a work order and they sent someone that told me it was my fault because the humidity was too high in my house... wrong my humidifier on my furnace wasn't even working and how come it wasn't on all the windows!!! they just didn't want to stand by their product or installers... be very aware of this company.. and most of all keep shopping...
I am adding this to follow up with a response after window donation commented on my post. They sent someone out to check out my windows, and the man told me it was my fault that there was too much humidity in my house.. what a complete and utter joke!!! funny thing I have a trio of windows in the front of my house two of them had ice and condensation and one did not. They are all three located right next to each other. Explain that.??? actually no need to explain to me. I know what the problem is. My windows are nothing but crap... $10,000 worth of crappy windows that I'm still paying for!!!! I wasn't even important enough a customer to send out someone to look at my windows until he had enough work orders to come out to my area at the same time... they don't care about their customers..,

I discovered today that the so-called lifetime warranty offered by Window Nation must be transferred from the homeowner who bought the windows to any subsequent buyer of the home. That seems unnecessary since the windows stay with the home. Further, Window Nation will not even service our windows for a fee (regardless of the warranty status) — in other words, they are not standing behind the product they installed. The windows were installed about 5 years ago and are working fine; however, we are experiencing air gaps in some places, which we hoped Window Nation would help us address. I'm very disappointed by Window Nation's response and would not use this company.

The scheduling process and follow-up needs improvement. Installation dates were rescheduled twice due to miscommunication. Manager never returned my call.

Installers were on time. Laid tarps and plastic over all work areas and moved two pieces of furniture that I couldn't do myself. Thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside after the worked was completed.

the installers were on time and very efficient - which was great since the temps were very cold.
they were able to ger all 5 windows and a patio door finished in 1 day.
The installers were also very courteous and mindful of the surroundings, plants, bushes etc.

Had air coming from windows, Dan came out to adjust He explained the windows must be locked to seal them. However this works somewhat but air is still present. In my opinion there should not be air present after a window is shut, locked or unlocked.

Window Nation workers were great. They were respectful, covered my floors, and were done faster than I expected. I gave it 4 stars because of a few minor problems with the new windows that I was reassured by the company they can be fixed.

The installation crew came promptly and finished job in one day which was ahead of the schedule. They were polite and the install job was completed smoothly and professionally. They also answered our questions during the final walk through. We're happy with the job.

Not good at keeping install appointment dates, returning and answer calls. We kept having to take off work in regard to bogus install dates. Could not reach a real person to get answers! Sells, and installation was awesome, that is why you didn't get a zero. I still have windows to be completed, I will not be utilizing you guys!

Window Nation contacted me often to update me on progress with HOA requirements and window ordering. The salesman, measurement personnel, and installers were polite and knowledgeable. The actual installation took less time than I had anticipated. The installers took care not to damage the bushes in front of the windows. To my surprise and delight they cleaned up everything completely. Well done Window Nation.

Window Nation's salesperson and their installers were fabulous! I was less impressed with their office - who sent conflicting messages about when our order would be delivered and even scheduled an installation date before our windows were delivered to them. There was confusion and seemed there were two sources scheduling. Then after our windows were installed, we had trouble trying to pay the remainder of our balance because the office sent an email with the wrong link in it! So we love our windows and the installers were great, but beware the office and scheduling - not so good. We did get our windows and are pleased with them.

I'm still waiting for a return call from Alan about me not getting the half screen I was promised in the contract.
Also the clean up could have been better.
A big problem i've forgot is that the cellular shades Are VERY DIFFICULT two operate. I believe the cords can be adjusted but you will need to call three day blinds to do this.
