They offer a 14 days money back guarantee. I test it for a short moment and asked Instagram about this services and they flagged this company as not legit and scam.

When I ask for the refund as they offered. They only refund half and escaping using their terms and conditions and more bla bla.

DON'T USE IT.

I will give them 7 days to refund me 100% otherwise I will start to open a file online about this website.

Spamguard is marketed as an instagram cleaning tool. It makes no reference to the size of your account. I have 13800 followers which is very small compared the type of accounts that may seek this service. I want spam guard as my engagement was low and I wanted an easy way to rid any bot followers or inactive users or accounts that don't engage with me much.

I paid $135 Australian dollars for the service. After I paid and put in my account details it told me that because my instagram is large (not likely in comparison to the influencer pool) I would need to manually log into instagram myself and request a transcript of my followers and then save the file and upload it to their data base so that they could scan the accounts. I did this and it was quite easy but....I think if I'm paying money you should be a self service kind of system. After this it estimated it would take 3 days to scan those followers. It ended up taking 4 days and on one of those days it completely froze and I had to contact tech support to assist in starting the scan up again.

Once the scan finished it then gives you the option to 'clean' your followers based on 4 or 5 different categories that it sorts them into. I chose to remove two full categories. When you then click scan it asks for access to your instagram account meaning you put in your password and someone gains access and removes them for you. It assures you that it is safe and I did not find any issues with that. I did have issues getting them access as the spam guard system kept telling me I was typing in the incorrect 6 digit two factor authenticator pin (It was always correct) but eventually I was able to give the spam guard access.

My issues lies with what happened next. I immediately got a pop up from instagram saying 'we have detected that you have given access to a third party to your account, the use of third party apps can cause your account to be blocked blah blah blah'.....Of course I am not going to risk my instagram account getting blocked by continuing so I stopped the scan and let spam guard know. They asked for proof of this warning from instagram to which I was unable to provide due to the fact it came up as a warning that I clicked ok on not a notification. I have asked instagram to send me confirmation but I am still waiting.

Spamguard preach a refund policy if you aren't happy with their services but I was declined a refund which is fine I get it from a business perspective there are probably people who are happy to risk their account getting deleted to use the service but I am not and this is not highlighted before you pay as a possibility.

I DO NOT recommend this service.

Today I tried to log into my spamguard account to delete it and the entire website is down and has been. for the last hour.

I've had nothing but issues since paying. Half of the "clickable" buttons on the site don't work, the scan was only at 7% after 16 hours, and the cleaning function does not work. I approved the login from my phone multiple times and on the site it just resets and makes me keep doing it. Also, the scan results are incredibly inaccurate. I'm looking through the accounts marked as inactive and many of them are active and have even posted within hours of now.
