That is horrible gamble site! Tried many time and always same- no win after no win, new depo0sit-same . Free games aren't free as always have to put deposit. Been having couple of times wones 200 free spins with not even 10lv win , what can I say more? Never , ever a win . Be aware, please!

They dont pay out when you win and ask for second ID
I have deposited twice, verified with selfie pictures and documents. I have talked with their customer service on the phone.
They have my number and they have my documents.
When I tried to withdraw, they asked for more documents - bank card, ID, selfie with ID and so on. I gave them what they want and I was verified.
Two weeks later I deposited again and won 200 euros. I tried to withdraw and they asked for additional ID card or driving license.
I don't have a driving license or another ID, I have only one ID. When I called and ask why they want documents which I am not required to have by law, they said that this is their procedure....
They just don't want to pay. When you win and want to withdraw they ask for documents which you may not have to avoid paying. Keep in mind that Bulgaria is a corrupt country and the mafia is behind these bookmakers. Sorry to say it, but Betano which is foreign company paid my winnings, Winbet which is from my country didn't pay. It is disgraceful.
