Badly tasting coffee
I love coffee but this coffee is really not to my taste. My initial order was replaced and I was assured it would be freshly roasted, it however shows as roasted over a month ago on the packaging. I have now thrown it away and lost £24, they have said they will no longer help.

Thank you so much for your review. You placed your first order with us, and then contacted us to let us know that it wasn't to your 'taste'. I apologised and issued you a voucher code to enable you to order a new roast free of charge.
You then placed a new order, which we sent out for you. You tried this, but unfortunately you didn't like it, that's fine, people like different things. You then contacted us to tell us that you're being asked for a TrustPilot review, but the coffee is not to your 'taste', to which I had responded to apologise that it's not to your taste, and thank you for trying us.
Just because it's not to your 'taste' we can't just keep sending you out more and more coffee to try until you find the one you like. Our coffee is freshly roasted, and it lasts at least 3 months from the roast date. I did recommend that you tried one of our other single origins as the Elvis that you ordered is quite a complex taste - but you decided to order the Elvis anyway.
Again - I am sorry you didn't like the coffee, but that is why we have our sample pack we offer, so people can try the coffee first before buying a 1KG bag.

Amazing coffee!
Josh was so helpful and friendly. The coffee beans were a gift for my son in law who has already tried a sample and loved it! He will be definitely buying more. Very happy customer 😀.

Excellent coffee treated with excellence
These guys respect both their coffee and their customers. Always delivered perfectly roasted with an ideal roast date and consistently excellent quality. Very reasonably priced. If you're serious about coffee and supporting independents then look no further.

Great coffee hub
We love popping in to Roasters on our dog walk for great coffee and cakes. Now we can sit upstairs when it’s wet and cold is a bonus.
We’re always made to feel welcome and dogs can have water and a biscuit.
Hoping for more opening hours.
