This company was such a good find, I drink a lot of coffee and wanted to switch to decaf after my first morning full caffeine hit. So to find Craft Decaf has a range freshly ground, unique and delicious decaf coffees was amazing! Most companies just offer one pretty average decaf- if you're lucky.
Now I get a variety of decafs depending on my mood and it's amazing. Couldn't be happier!

Just ordered their decaf Brazil chocolate fudge raisin and by ANY coffee standards (caffeinated or not) it’s amazing! I’m using it because I’m pregnant but will continue to order this coffee for afterwards as well as it’s just as good as caffeinated but I won’t get sensitive to it! Love love love!

I needed to cut back on ‘fully-leaded’ espressos made in my mocha pot. Was always concerned i would not be able to find a decaf that would satisfying my “addiction” - every decaf i tried fell far short taste wise - often leaving a metallic after-taste in my mouth. At last, a roaster that has a range of decaf coffees rather than just one. Ordered the triple taster pack and am working way through them. There's a nice variety, but they are all good. Well worth the money and I will be buying more ... I may even give up caffeinated coffee altogether! Well done Craft 😁

Delicious coffee which has now become a key part of my daily routine! So great to have a delicious decaf option available.

Also, had to contact the team due to an issue with my delivery (which was entirely MY fault), and they still went out of their way to sort this really quickly and ensure I got my coffee. Excellent customer service.

Craft decaf offer a great subscription service which is affordable (around 12.50 a bag) for premium coffee.

I love the different brands you get to experience with Craft and love that they support other brands and don't just sell you their products.

The best thing about Craft is the customer service. For nearly every other product I have ever bought, if its delayed you have to chase. Craft are the complete opposite, if you order at a time they are not roasting or miss a recent dispatch, they will tell you and update you before you have to chase. They also allow you to move your dispatch date if you are going away for a while and dont want multiple bags to come whilst your away. Please Craft don't stop your fab customer service as it makes you really stand of from the crowd.

I can only think of one slight negative and that is I actually prefer the independent brands Craft sends over Crafts own brew, although they are still good.

Craft Decaf is the best decaf coffee we have ever tasted. I have to go off caffeine for a while, so thought I’d treat myself to some of this. I’m so glad I did ☺️

Unbelievable coffee, recently switched to decaf due to a health issue, I genuinely cannot tell this is decaf. And it’s better than most regular coffee I’ve drank if I’m totally honest!

I read all the information about the classic coffee and didn’t honestly believe it. I drink far too much coffee and needed less caffeine but love the taste of coffee. But it’s true, the classic has a great taste and you don’t know it’s a decaf. Thanks.

The great thing about this coffee - I’ve tried the Ethiopian and Papua New Guinea ones - is that it’s so good that you forget that it doesn’t have caffeine. Instead of the washed out offerings I’ve had from many craft decaf coffee companies, these are coffees that are so good that I prefer them to my favourite micro roasters. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

Ive bought coffee from craftdecaf twice and both times the customer service has been exceptional but most importantly the coffee is delicious! I made an error with my order and they went above and beyond to help rectify this. Out of the three beans I've tried all have been great, feel like I can't go wrong ordering from them. Ive struggled to find nice decaf beans in the past so very happy to have found such a good source!

I ordered the triple tasting pack for use in my new AeroPress, having a lifelong love of coffee but needing to give up caffeine, it’s awesome to find something that satisfies my itch without compromising on taste. And wow is there no compromise on taste, the three coffees are classic, smooth and fruity, you can really taste the difference between the beans and every cup has been delicious. I would recommend anyone to give this company a go and I can’t wait to try some other products

I have had a Craft Decaf subscription for a few months now and for various reasons I ran short just before this weekend. I sent them a message to bring forward my order, got an immediate reply and my order arrived the following day. Not only brilliant customer service but their decaf coffee is easily the best I have found.
