package arrived the inner box it has obviously been opened and cellotaped again, there is no obvious damage or use on the scope that i can tell but the warranty card is not in the package and the spare battery case is missing looking at the one on the scope i can understand why there is a need for a spare
i would appreciate a warranty card sent out and a spare battery holder as well

Risposta di Wiltshireshootingcentre
Hi Bob,
I'm sorry you had this experience. However, I have reviewed your order and I see that we didn't actually send you any products. I can see your order was refunded as we were unable to fulfill the order. Perhaps there has been some confusion and you ordered a product from another retailer?
If you would like to discuss this issue further please do get in touch with us as we would very much like to resolve this issue.
You were great pushed into a review.
You were great, but I don't like to leave details.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended. Placed the order online (that immediately saved the scope so it couldn’t be resold).. popped up to the centre a couple of hours later and they had it ready for me! Great service and definitely worth a visit. I’ll be booking the range now that I know where to go! Thanks
