I love Aerolatino! Jeff not only makes you workout but he also makes you laugh a lot as you exercise. The classes are definitely fun. I am also training to be a certified instructor and he's an excellent teacher, very relaxed but firm when he needs to be. I do recommend aerolatino 100% to anyone who wants to keep up with your cardio in a fun way.

Jeff was an amazing instructor. He ensure everyone is having a great time. His warm and welcoming created a positive atmosphere, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and eager to learn

It is such a great fun class.Love to exercise/dance to Latin music. Jeff is a brilliant teacher and adds his own quirkiness to the class. Chris is also a brilliant teacher.It is a friendly supportive group well worth joining.

Jeff makes sure everyone is safe and accommodates all ages …Chris is a great instructor too and gives us all a great warm up and Jeff finishes a class with a lovely dance … an all round fun and happy fitness group … I’m grumpy if I can’t make I just love it 😁👍

I have been doing Jeff’s classes for 10 years. I love that they are a great workout for both my body and my brain!
It is huge fun dancing with others under Jeff’s watchful eye. He is a fantastic dancer who seeks to develop his clients dance skills.

Its still fun for me after nearly six years going to Jeff’s classes. Jeff ends his classes with Salsa or Merenge or other dance formations which we all enjoy very much. Look forward each week to do his class.

I started Aerolatino back in March of this year and have loved every minute of it. Jeff is absolutely brilliant. His classes are in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere, and they are just genuinely good fun!! We all have a laugh whilst exercising, which is exactly what you want for a fitness class.

Had a great workout for body, and mind with Aerolatino! The Latin music and the associated moves were just fun to learn. Instructors were a bit quirky but so much fun, a great workout altogether! Highly recommended.

I have been attending aerolatino classes for several years now. I never thought that I would enjoy dance fitness classes but this is like no other class. With excellent instructors it has been fun to learn new routines. Great music to dance too. It has kept both mind and body active. It's not just a class but a lovely,lively community to belong too. Try it !! You won't be disappointed.

Aerolatino is an outstanding fitness class that effortlessly encompasses aerobic exercise, dance and a fun and engaging approach to participation accross age ranges. I have been attending for over 3 years and can not recommend it enough!

Aerolatino is one of the best ways to keep fit. Dancing to fabulous music in great company with Tori, an energetic and enthusiastic instructor.
