The service is amazing
The service is amazing. I had fast and clear responses to any queries I had. The storage units are clean and well maintained along with very easily accessible. I found the pricing very reasonable and would highly recommend their services.

Quick easy efficient
It wasn’t that it was great. It was that it was easy. I walked in 10 minutes later I walked out with the keys.

The team at Wilson were very helpful…
The team at Wilson were very helpful and the use of their van was a terrific bonus. The upstairs storage units do get very warm in summer, so I didn’t store anything that might be affected by heat. Overall I’m very happy with the service I received, certainly made moving house much easier.

Just a big disappointment
Regular increases in fees when there is no extra increase in service is seen as just a money grab. I rented a 4x3 unit for 10 years and truthfully l would have thought that long term renters should have been rewarded with a fee reduction not an increase.
Futhermore when l removed my belongings there was water damage to many items, now l know why they asked me to move from Reserve Road facility to Bay Road so they could repair the roof.
Little disappointed that they didn't ask me to check my furniture after the facility obviously got flooded out.
Not the most pleasant of experiences seeming most of the stored goods were my late wifes belongings.

Great staff and facilities
The staff are friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air really. The storage facilities are modern and clean with plenty of CCTV security.

Exceptional Storage Facility - great service
John Maher at Wilson Storage provided exceptional service by promptly organising storage when we urgently required additional space during our downsizing and relocation process. John's professionalism and assistance was particularly valuable and reassuring making sure we had everything we need. The storage facility itself is impeccably clean, secure, and efficiently organised. Thank you.
