My card had not been validated to get…
My entry card had not been validated (to gain entry) so I wasn’t that happy, but Michelle fixed the problem and added a week free of charge just for the inconvenience, without me even asking for it. Positive customer service mentality.

This team of John, Daniel and Michelle (equally, not in order) have made the choice a Wilson Storage Bayside the easiest and best choice, despite being surrounded by healthy levels of competition. The choice I was given for moving in were flexible and accommodating, and the access, lighting and cleanliness is second to none.

Outstanding service!
I give Wilson Storage 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. The territory manager Michelle answered every query on time plus making extra effort. I highly recommend using this company.

This is the second time we have used Wilson Storage locally and the staff are excellent. So helpful and they make offers to assist our moving and storage. Staff are very friendly and cooperative.
