The Location suited us! The storage is always clean.

The Wilson's Storage staff member who assisted us at Box Hill, was so professional and lovely. She was flexible when we looked at units and helpful in organising our contract.

Cass was an absolute delight from the very start. Very helpful in recommending a suitable size space for the items I had, to use of the van for moving in. Fantastic service and very friendly. Would recommend Wilsons Box Hill over any other storage facility any time!

I have never dealt with Wilson storage before. When I first telephoned the Box Hill office, a lady named Alison took my call and her customer service was first class. Alison was welcoming, helpful and professional, she encouraged me to visit the storage site but I did not feel pressured as I believed she was trying to assist me. When I visited the Box Hill site, Alison and her colleague Cassandra were absolutely amazing. I have my elderly mother in care and am in the process of selling my mother’s home which is very emotional. Alison and Cassandra were so supportive with Alison showing me the range of different sized storage units so I could make an informed decision. They guided me through the process of securing a storage unit and I am grateful to have experienced such exceptional customer service during a really stressful time. I have already recommended Wilson storage to friends because of my experience with the staff at Box Hill

Ivy, at Box Hill, was amazing. She was quick to reply on email and via phone. Ivy was able to clearly explain the process, sign me up and tell me what I needed to do. I feel comfortable storing my furniture at Wilson Storage. Five stars.

5 stars to your staff. Extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Everything explained very precisely. We've had no issues accessing the storage unit. It is very clean and we feel comfortable leaving our things in it. Access with the car in the back loading bay had been an added bonus.

Exceptional customer, service, and systems and processes were easier to understand and use. Storage prices were great and always accessible and staff always proactive and friendly. Highly recommended.
