Wilson Storage - Box Hill Recensioni

Friendly and informative service from staff on both occasions.
Facilities easy to access yet the complex feels secure.

Great staff and facilities. Safe and secure which made our storing time with Wilson Box Hill carefree and straightforward. Thanks for your help team!

I stored my belongs at Wilson's, Box Hill for over a year. I was impressed with how clean and tidy the storage facility is, and despite several days of rain, everything inside was dry. The access gates, elevator, trolleys etc all work well and are in good condition. Accessing my storage unit was a very easy process. The rates are also quite reasonable. Ivy and Cassandra were very helpful and informative, ensuring all went smoothly. I highly recommend the facility and the friendly, helpful staff.

Good price, easy access, new facility and great service from William.

Good friendly professional service & secure facility 😊

The storage facility is well lit, clean and secure. The staff are organised making sure you are well informed about how it all works and incredibly helpful. It has made my first experience with a storage facility very easy.

They were and are very helpful and provided me with the best option and deal.

I had a positive experience with Wilson Storage in Box Hill South between December 2025 - May 2026.

William & Ivy were exceptional to deal with during our interactions in person & over the phone.
Both were very polite, helpful & well spoken, showing a high level of professionalism & flexibility with payment arrangements during a period of financial hardship.

It was a relief & one less thing to worry about knowing that my personal belongings were safe & protected during a time of uncertainty.

My first month's rent was free that included the transportation of my belongings using the Wilson company van.

Very Grateful & Thankful to the team at Wilson Storage Box Hill South.
I Would highly recommend.

All the best,

Ryan Michael McCrossan

The facilities in the warehouse are excellent, and the service is very friendly.

Ivy and William (I believe that is their name) were so incredibly helpful when organising me move into the unit. First, the direct text communication was fantastic and secondly being such a lovely and helpful people when helping me choose the right sized unit upon coming in. They made me feel better to an otherwise difficult time with change and moving. Overall, really happy about everything.

Easy to get information required and book storage.
4 hours free use of van as very convenient.

Good customer service

Friendly and helpful team. Facility is well kept and managed.

The team at Boxhill was easy to deal with.

We spoke to William who was really helpful and obliging. At the time, we were under a lot of stress and thought e were going to need it on the she day. We were unsure as to what size storage unit to hire. He took us around to the different sizes. Showed us where we'd drive in. Once unloading our loading all would be undercover. Trolleys there for our use and his lift if needed. All very secure.

Later that morning, we realised that we weren't going to need it and he told us that was fine and if circumstances changed just to give him a call. Well they did. Afew days later, I went again only this time I went with my husband and again I asked if we could see the different sizes. Once again he was really helpful. Made the process easy. Gave us flexibility if we decided we needed either a larger or smaller unit later on. No hassle in changing. I highly recommend them.

The man at the Wilson's office was very helpful, professional and efficient. He turned an enquiry into a sale by providing all the information I needed and tailoring an option to my storage needs.
