Very happy with the service and experience that Willow Isle Capital pride themselves on. I have completed 3 bridging loans with these guys in 2023 and I couldn’t be happier with their service. A very good company to work with. Thank you, Stuart Wyeth - SW Homes Ltd

Have just completed a bridging finance, amazing proactive support, the service levels are 5 star. From our perspective Stefan and Louise have systemised their service taking much of the pain out of the process, ensuring the right documents were in the right place at the right time, our solicitors and the lender were engaged too with Louise and Stefan. Stefan and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are thorough, efficient and have a keen eye for detail.

Willow Isle have been beyond outstanding in the process of an exit bridge on one of our projects.

Louise was there through every step and chased up all parties to make sure the process went as smooth as possible.

I will definitely be using them for my next project.

Louise and Stefan both operate in different gears to most brokers working all hours to ensure we met our deadlines, they conduct themselves very professionally and always understand the needs of developers which we greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!

This deal would quite possibly not have got across the line without the enduring patience, time and commitment Stefan provided throughout. I felt supported from start to finish and speed of response and level of detail was impressive! Louise was approachable and very responsive in her additional support too. Can't recommend them both highly enough.
