Stefan and Gemma has been really helpful throughout the HMO bridging and refinance process. Their communication with the lenders and solicitors has been timely and they do keep chasing on our behalf which makes me feel they genuinely care about getting a good deal and completing it ASAP. Worked alongside Stefan and Josh as they arranged a refurbishment loan for me, to finish a small development of 4 New Build Houses we are doing.
