Great items that I couldn’t find elsewhere at a great price

I don't often write reviews but I felt that I had to for Willow & Stone. I am having a new kitchen fitted with a number of cabinet handles, which I ordered from W&S. Firstly, the products of the highest quality and look absolutely fantastic. Secondly, whilst relaying messages from my builders meaning we needed a replacement/ new screws I have received outstanding customer service, in particular from Freya but also every person I have spoken to. They are only too happy to help, with quick, efficient personalised and extremely helpful customer service. We need to support businesses like this more! I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Fabulous company that just does things right. It offers a wide (and ever increasing) range of products and backs it up with genuine (and human) customer service.
Companies like this are becoming rarer when the temptation is there to buy only from the big players.

Sadly my package arrived bent which meant the posters were badly creased. I emailed and tried to contact via Twitter but just ignored. Not great customer service. ☹️

I recently placed an online order with Willow and Stone and received an email, stating that there had been a problem with card processing ('probably an incorrect digit'). They promised to hold the items for a week, asking me to contact them. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get through on the phone. After a week, they contacted me again and I emailed to say I had tried to call - they emailed back to say that the lines weren't busy at that time, I called, order went through and within 48hours of the call I had received my goods. Very pleased with quality of service and the items I purchased. Very helpful, friendly and polite staff when I rang and well packaged goods. Would use again and would recommend this company. Thanks.

I bought some door furniture from Willow and Stone. Outstanding and very friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

This is the third time I have purchased wrapping paper sheets, to use as posters. The sheets are thick, great quality and beautifully printed. They make brilliant posters and Willow and Stone carries a great range. I will undoubtedly buy more paper in future. Delivery is always very quick and the paper is packed safely in postal tubes. Great service all around. Highly recommended.

I ordered a few plant pots and was really pleased, everything was handled with great care and they arrived within two days from the order date. The pots are lovely, same as on the pictures.

I purchased 5 brass door knobs and a vacant/engaged bathroom lock. Delivery was very quick and the items well packaged/made. I had an issue with the stiffness of two of the door knobs and dealt with Freya who quickly sent us replacements out and contacted the manufacturer for advice. Couldn't be happier with the customer service - absolutely brilliant!! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in future :)

I bought some brass doorknobs from this company. They were very well packed and lovely quality. I had to phone up for help on two occasions, once when placing the order and once after receipt - both times due to my ignorance - and the people I spoke to were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also very patient with what, in retrospect, were really stupid queries! I would happily buy from them again.

I ordered a large number of cast iron shelf brackets and some wall pegs from Willow & Stone, and though these brackets are available through various stockists they were the most helpful and competitively priced. Bit of a wait for the stock from their supplier but their sales team (Freya & Rhianna largely) have been very helpful and communicative throughout, and got the items to me when they said they would. Great customer service and the shelves are looking really good, definitely recommend using these guys, and I will I’m sure be a returning customer.

Great product at a great price. Very smooth service from confirmation to delivery. All excellent, will definitely use this company again.
