In Stock & Quick Delivery
The items I ordered were out of stock everywhere else. Two websites said they were in stock and then cancelled my order! I was therefore sceptical but Willow and Stone did actually have the items in stock and they arrived quickly. Would recommend.

Personal customer service
I had a query about one of the products on the site and had to contact customer services to get an answer. Rhianna was very quick in responding with a clear and detailed answer and followed this up a number of weeks later without me having to chase - very rare to get customer service of this level these days.
