Had a slight issue with my payment. The customer service team was absolutely superb. I received immediate assistance and my issue was resolved to my fullest satisfaction. Haven’t seen a customer service that was so efficient in a while.

Can only recommend! And the content is great too!

I purchased 2 packages - I enjoyed both and learned a lot. Don't think that because you may be an advanced photographer that you can't benefit from the information and tips. Thank you - good support and great information

Great masterclass and very well explained. Have the presets and now going to experiment with them. I’ll be back for more like Lightroom training. Thanks

Excellent service. Love the course and value for money. Dealt with my query rapidly

Had cause to speak to the customer service team at William Patino photography due to me being a prized plum when I signed up for one of his excellent courses.

John was most helpful and rectified my mistake straight away in a compassionate and expeditious manner.

Very much appreciated and left me with a really positive impression of William's courses.

I made a typo in my email for my order and wasn’t aware of it. They responded to my emailed question about where my courses were that I had ordered to let me know about it and fixed everything right away!! Amazing customer service!!

Will's workshop was fantastic. His ability to read the weather, stay flexible, and always get us to a spot that was not only beautiful but complimented the always changing weather conditions was impressive. His insight and instruction was always on point and insightful. His shooting and composition style was fun to learn. I would recommend his workshops for anyone. Thank you Will!

Great instructional tutorials which were easy to understand and apply. Had some issues requiring customer support who were also very helpful.

Wonderful service. Excellent presets. Great price

John is a wizard!!

He was very prompt & helpful in providing assistance.

Any questions I had were answered promptly and resolved.

This workshop with Will was remarkable! He is so knowledgeable and helpful and knows the most beautiful places to go in New Zealand. This was a trip of a lifetime. The best workshop I have ever been on. I would recommend working with Will to everyone. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity.

Having participated in quite a few photography workshops, I have come to know when I experience one that is exceptional. Will Patino provided my friends and me the best trip ever! He knows New Zealand like the back of his hand, and I have come to appreciate the benefits of hiring a tour guide who lives locally. He often adapted the itinerary according to weather conditions and thereby got us to gorgeous locations at the optimum time to capture images that just shine. In addition, he is fun, witty, patient and kind and a gifted photographer. If you are contemplating a photography workshop in New Zealand, Will Patino is your man.

Great customer service. I put in the wrong email address on an order. Sent the customer service department an email, they sorted it out quickly with great communication.
