I experienced difficulties downloading a type of file I was not familiar with. After receiving the automated answer I asked for more specific help and got a reply within a day, which clarified the issue and resolved it.

great and very helpful company

William Patino offers outstanding photography courses and enormous value. He and his support crew are fast and responsive. I am delighted with my 2 online class purchases.

William is an excellent teacher. His videos are presented in an approachable, easy-to-follow way. Quality content. I hadn't used adaptive presets before, so decided to download his landscape presets pack. I didn't receive the download link to the Presets pack after purchasing through his website, but I reached out to William and he responded very quickly, and got it sorted out straight away within 24 hours. Started using them now and they are great. Excellent customer service as well as great product 👍 👏

I was having difficulty with downloading the presets and John from the Support Team responded to me quickly and helped me gain access. I’m pretty sure it was “user error” (my fault) yet John patiently walked me through the process :) Thanks again John!

I was having trouble signing in and found the support patient, supportive and helpful. With this help I am now back in business. Thank You Very Much!

I ordered a course but had made a mistake in my email address. Within just a short time it was solved and I had my class. William Patino's classes are easy to understand even for a neophyte like me.

Terrific customer support - responsive, proactive, fixed my real problem instead of just giving me information. John is great, give him a raise! :-)

William is an outstanding landscape photographer and does an excellent job sharing his skills and knowledge through his educational videos. I love his editing style and try to incorporate that into my own edits.

I was struggling to log in, as I had changed my email address from the first time I registered. The support team stuck with me till I accessed the course I had purchased. I was delighted with the speedy assistance.

Quick feedback - courses are great - informative and easy to dip in and out of. Both Will and John (tech support) are super responsive to any email queries. Recommend

I would like to thank John in support as well as William. I placed my order for the complete set of programs, but in doing so, I forgot to input the discount code. I was charged the full $299 instead of $99. I sent a note off to William asking that they credit the $200 back to my credit card. I was pleasantly suprised when the credit was back on my card within 8 hours. Thanks again to William and John for such a quick response.

I’ve purchased several classes from William and they are excellent! I would highly recommend them if you want to advance your photography and editing skills. Thanks William!

I am doing photography for 60 years. When I saw William Patino add for landscape photography, I signed for the first one. I enjoyed it so much because his advice are so clear and accurate, I bought a second one and then the full series. Even being an advanced amateur, I learned a lot from his experience. I strongly recommend his classes.

John and William Patino answered all my question in quick time with no complaints, once loaded I added Google Chrome and program runs well and is easy to use for a novice
Thank you

William is a down to earth, sincere, talented individual who's professionalism and incredible skill is made evident not only in his photography, but in his teaching. I learned more about Photoshop watching his Seascape course than I've learned watching many YouTube videos. I would love to meet him someday and take an in-person course, if just to be in the presence and absorb his good energy. The courses are in-depth, no details are spared, and easy to absorb. I look forward to learning much more, and I have MANY years of photography experience, but NO years of exposure to his talent, which I am making up for now. Thank you, William, for your excellent art and teaching. You are a blessing to many.

Will is one of the best photography instructors out there. His instructions are easy to learn from and follow. His work is beautiful. It makes you feel like you're right there.

Very prompt & excellent service to a log-in issue I had
Further the content is extremely insightful land has helped me improve my editing techniques immensely. Highly recommended courses

Very nice customer service, gave me a refund because I didn't know it was a course.
