Absolutely useless. Do not use at any point . I made a formal complaint which was just ignored. Now going to the Law Society to raise a complaint with them

I used Wilfrids law primarliy due to the good Google reviews.

There was no mortgage involved with the purchase so I instructed Wilfrids with the hope of a swift process but I found myself doing nothing but chasing up. In the end, I did most of the work myself, similar to what a previous reviewer stated.

I was sent numerous disclaimers for things which stated that Wilfirds Law had explained something to me and I could choose to go against their advice by signing the disclaimer, however in reality, nothing was ever explained to me. I received no advice on anything through the process. Nothing, literally nothing, was explained to me when things were happening or at the enquiry stage, at best I was forwarded the email. I always thought the conveyencers at this stage would look at the enquiries, ask how I feel about the response, suggest what else could be asked or provide their advice on the response received.

Essentially the team who deal with the files daily are admins(possibly unqualified), not a solicitor as you would expect. Maybe in the past it was the case that Waqar(solicitor) dealt with cases himself and therefore was able to provide the advice and explain things, but as of now, that is not how they work. Infact the ONLY time I ever understood things, received any advice or had something explained to me, was when I was unsure myself and had to get through mulitple people to get a hold of Waqar.

Several times i'd be chased for something that I had already emailed across or posted well before the chase up. It was generally a poor experience and this is my review without going into the Anti Money Laundering checks which were the most frustrating and time consuming, however as these checks were understandable I have not included that in the review.

Wilfrids will eventually get the job done for a reasonable price, if you chase them enough and are prepared to do your own conveyencing along the way but it is NOT a firm I would recommend IF you are looking for someone to look after and manage your house purchase stress-free.

Post completion, I sent a couple of emails, no response after a week. Clearly I no longer matter as they have their money.

I was disappointed with the service provided relating to the sale of my property. No updates, no consultation and no response to any emails that I sent. I would not recommend them.

Am currently using these for my house sale . Would not recommend them . Keep asking for same information I have already provided them . Never contact me with any updates . Not that there ever is any , nothing moves unless I chase them up . Went to there office once and was greeted by two separate men wearing tracksuits . Neither of which seemed to know what they was doing !!!!!

It’s now my second time coming back to Wilfreds Law with a property related matter and once again the team dealt with it as professionally and swiftly as possible. Within a short period of time had the matter resolved and the weight taken off my shoulders. Absolutely fantastic. Credits to Mr Ali and the team!

I found the people working for this firm unprofessional. They are requesting information already sent to them and after explaining the info has been sent and thinking the matter is settled they are now requesting it again. The people working here are also rude and they are taking ages to to close on the sale of the house. Only used these because the auctioneers recommended them but I will be making a formal complaint to auctioneers. Don't believe the positive reviews.

Had the most pleasant experience possible whilst selling a plot of land, Wilfrids Law were superb in all aspects of this process. Tasneem and her professional team were brilliant. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Waqar and his team. They helped me and my sons with a house purchase I was amazed how they were there for me every step of the way, even during COVID I was fully updated and given honest advice where I even got a price reduction on my purchase price.
