They did not give me my money because they said they made mistake in spellings on their bets. How it’s customer fault? I asked for refund they only gave me 10 euro back but I asked for 30 euro the original investment they didn’t

No available customer service just AI chatbot. I placed a sports bet which was Winner, by KO TKO, submission or disqualification. The guy submissed in the first round and my bet said I lost and later on It got cancelled. Got refunded the amount I bet.

I'm sadden by wildz. On the 13th of May I had2 verify my wildz account, so i sent in my PDF bank statement, showing my Name, Address, and my bank account,I then withdrew on the 21st May $100 28th May $150 29th May $150 on the 9th of july they put $100 on my wildz account. Then they sed that the other 2 withdrawals will follow. It is now 1st August on the 26th of July they sed incorrect info was put in, WAT incorrect info? Apparently they paid $300 to ACH, what is an hu is ACH? Now they telling me the $300 is unrecoverable and it isn't their fault. It's mine for putting in wrong info. All I sent was my Pdf bank statement.so now it's the 1st of August 2025 and closed my account. Due to them passing the buck. I have been with them 4 25years and that's how they treat loyal customers. They shud close their site down and stop bumming and blaming the customers.

Terrible casino. Very laggy, sports page is extremely slow and glitches out. Logs you out, so you have to keep logging back in.
As far as the winnings - very low paying features. I won't be back cheers.

Tulin Wildzille katsomaan Ice Cage 4 -striimiä, koska he mainostivat olevansa tapahtuman virallinen yhteistyökumppani. Minulla oli vanha tili, jolla oli 35 € saldoa – olisin halunnut lyödä vetoa illan otteluista, mutta vedonlyönti ei toiminut. Sain vain virheilmoituksen: “Vetoa ei voitu lyödä. Ota yhteys tukeen.”

Otin yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun neljä kertaa chatin kautta, mutta sain joka kerta geneerisen automaattivastauksen englanniksi, vaikka sivusto lupaa suomenkielistä tukea. Keskustelut suljettiin automaattisesti, eikä niihin voinut vastata. Mitään todellista apua ei tarjottu.

Olen ollut yhteydessä myös sähköpostitse, mutta minulle ei ole vastattu lainkaan.

Itse striimi ei myöskään toiminut kunnolla – minut kirjattiin ulos, sivusto ei vastannut ruuhkassa, striimi pätki ja illan pääottelu jäi näkemättä.

I visited Wildz to watch the Ice Cage 4 stream, as they advertised themselves as an official partner of the event. I logged into my old account and found a pleasant surprise – I still had €35 in my balance. I wanted to place bets on the evening’s fights, but betting didn’t work. I only got an error message: “Bet could not be placed. Please contact support.”

I contacted customer support four times via chat. Every time I received the same generic, automated response in English, even though the site clearly promises support in Finnish. The chats were closed automatically, and I couldn’t respond. No real help was ever provided.

I also contacted support via email, but I never received any reply.

The stream itself was a disaster – I kept getting logged out, the site didn’t handle the traffic, the stream kept cutting out, and I completely missed the main event of the evening.

When I tried to use the remaining €35 for regular gameplay, I was told that my account was blocked – with no explanation. I can’t even contact support anymore because the site just tells me: “Blocked.” I submitted a withdrawal request, but I still haven’t received my money.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Completely dysfunctional support, an unreliable platform, and total disregard for the customer.

I’d give 0/5 if I could.
