Absolutely 🐕 💩 if you’re from the uk avoid like the plague. These slots are definitely rigged. These sort of sites should be clamped down on and closed shocking that they are taking money from vulnerable people.

They will do everything in their power to not pay out your winnings. My withdraw process took almost a month and they found 3 different ways to not pay over that period. Stay away!

got a whim and deposited 1400€.. didn't read that carefully but searched on google "gambling sites without a Swedish license that are legit" then this came up.. didn't read much about it anymore... deposited.... started playing and then I started reading. is there any chance that I will get my money out or will I lose all the money...?starting with a withdrawal of 100€ and then got an email saying that I had to verify myself with my passport and then the card I used. plus that I had to send an invoice with my address etc... the support has everything they asked for and I hope to the gods that I get the money..lump in my stomach...

A rhetorical question to the institutions. Why do you allow such an illegal and fraudulent casino to operate? It steals people's personal data and money. My experience is bad. The KYC check was very complicated, they sent me an email that the documents were approved, but when I contacted the live chat agent, they said that they were not approved. I have been waiting for 7 days since the day of the withdrawal, 100€. When I asked the agent for more accurate information about the casino, he could not give me it exactly because, according to him, he himself does not know. How can this be, he works and does not know who he works for? This is terrible. I appeal to people, do not take your money with you, because there is no chance of getting your winnings back.

KYC messaged and I sent documents back on the 29th Jan. I have heard absolutely nothing, and waiting for my withdrawal. I have chased, and got radio silence. I know it’s been New Year, but we have had 5 working days since it has been submitted, and it said it would take 48 hours. Will of course edit the review if resolved quickly, and a sufficient explanation is provided.UPDATE: Still nothing - everytime I email, they tell me I have no account. No matter how many times I tell them, they do not believe gmail & googlemail are the same account. Unfortunately, it’s time to seek legal advice. ANOTHER UPDATE: I’ve finally spoken to someone, Christina on Live Support understands me and is speaking to the KYC team and updated my email so this doesn’t happen again. Will update when resolved - confusion is the cause
