Bought at least my second guitar (Alvarez DYM60HD)online from Wildwood recently. Worked with Trevor who was awesome through the entire transaction. Great communication, packaging, fast shipment of a pricey guitar. Set up perfectly. Highly recommend Wildwood and will buy from them again more than likely.

Terrible experience. Yeah its great when nothing goes wrong, which is most of the time. But if there's a problem they will ghost you.

From the get go, Greg E at Wildwood has been kind, generous, forthcoming and so service minded!
I was taken aback when he lowered an already awesome price, in order to cover most of my shipping expenses.

I wish there were more people like him and the Wildwood team!
All through my payment issues with my bank he stayed patient.

And now to the guitar.
1. The packaging was immaculate.
2. It arrived quick and unscathed.
3. They shipped it to Sweden without any hassle.
4. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condition and the setup of the guitar. It’s a dream to play!

This has been a completely new experience for me, and I wish there were more guitar dealers like Greg and Wildwood!

Ordered a Fender Custom Telecaster and it arrived in perfect condition. It was well packed and shipped promptly. I would absolutely order from them again.

First time visiting the store. Bought a guitar in person last Tuesday. Couldn't have been a better experience. Selection is outstanding. Probably not the place to go for your first guitar. Not the usual showroom with racks of guitars hanging, so you need to know what you're looking for, but they have absolutely everything. You can tell that the place is the real deal the second you walk in....everything from selection to staff. Complete opposite of the usual situation at the place we all know :). Private quiet room to test and compare the guitars. Price beat the "big" competitor....and the big store didn't even have the model I was looking for in stock...would have had to order online without ever trying it. Great experience start to finish. Highly recommend. If you're an experienced player looking for a quality instrument, this is 100% the place to go.

Well... I can say with all honesty. I’ll never buy another guitar from these people. After receiving a les Paul junior I notice numerous finish flaws. How this got out from Gibson also a mystery.
That said when I noticed the salesperson I was told “ if I wanted a perfect guitar I should have bought a PRS”
I was then told “ let them know what Gibson had to say” that’s it. Oh if I wanted to return it would be “ at my expense” to ship it back
This is nothing more than a s. T show to say the least. I asked the sales person forward my emails to owner. Did it happen.? Who knows never heard from him.
So all this said do not depend on anyone there to give you a heads up on anything.

I just bought my 5th guitar from Wildwood Guitars, a new Gibson Les Paul Standard Honeyburst Flame Top. I can't speak highly enough about Wildwood. Steve, Bruce, Troy, and all the others have always given me five-star customer service before and after all of my purchases. These guys have proven time-and-time again the value of each customer. Three of the five guitars I've bought from them are Gibson Les Paul Standard Flame Tops, Honeyburst, Unburst and Cherry Burst. Wildwood has some of the best Gibson Les Paul flame tops in the industry. Thanks again guys. I love your company. I remain a loyal customer.

I wish I could give ten stars. I recently purchased a Martin D-35 Johnny Cash Commemorative Edition guitar from Lance at Wildwood Guitars. It arrived today by FedEx. I absolutely love the guitar but that's a review I'll leave for Martin Guitars.

My experience dealing with Lance was perfect. His customer service skills and follow up are excellent. He took his time and answered all of my many questions and walked me through making the purchase. Guitar players will appreciate this: He asked me several relevant questions about my playing style and preferences so they could make sure the guitar was setup just right for me.

As a small business owner, I feel compelled to leave a review of my experience buying from Wildwood. I ordered a guitar over the phone from Bruce, who couldn’t have been more friendly and polite. The transaction went very smooth, was shipped immediately and besides being the best price for a new Rickenbacker that I found anywhere, included an excellent setup by their tech. I generally expect to have to pay extra for a new guitar to be set up like I need it.

What really set Wildwood apart for me though was the fact that when it arrived there was a crack in the pick guard where the screw entered. Probably over tightened at the factory and shipping made it stress to the point of cracking. Bruce was extremely responsive, had a new pick guard sent out and told me to let him know what it cost to have it installed. Even after I told him that I was totally fine if they will just send out the pick guard he reinforced the fact that they were happy to pay for install. I really can’t imagine how a transaction could have gone any better. Particularly since there was a small problem which was no fault of their own. They handled the minor issue quickly and professionally. Oh and gave me a free shirt as well. This will definitely be the first place I look anytime I’m shopping for new gear.

BAD EXPERIENCE buying from them online. Can't condone the behavior of this shop at all. Returns dept. unethical in dealing with customer service and defective merchandise. After researching a bit, I can see they also have a habit of advertising items as new when they are not. Bad business all around.
