Fantastic unique clothing which came well packaged and great quality. The delivery also arrived much quicker than I expected.

Just purchased two coats from this shop - the Fairy Garden coat and the Fairy Wonderland coat - both are amazing and are exactly as described. Delivery was speedy and they were packaged really well - I would definitely recommend Wild Thing.

So, I came across this shop online and loved the look of everything, for my birthday, we took a fun adventurous road trip and made this one of my chosen shops to stop at.

I am absolutely delighted with my Wild thing purchase. I had been eyeing up a shag coat from them for awhile, and it did not disappoint. It's a stunning piece of clothing and I feel so chuffed to own it.

The details on the coat are fantastic. The fleece lining is so soft. It has pockets, clasps to close it shut and the shag trim is devine. Will definitely be making a purchase with them again.

I've been watching one of their coats for a while but always talked myself out of it because let's face it £150 is a lot of money and I wasn't convinced it would live upto the product picture.... how wrong was I! It is absolutely gorgeous and way exceeds my expectations, its gloriously thick and plush and the product photos didn't show how fabulous the detailing is! And it came quickly, wonderfully packaged and with a personal hand written note 🥰

I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews because my experience with Wildthing was absolutely fantastic.

I ordered a sequin dress and the Angel Dust jacket, and both pieces are stunning and exactly as pictured. The order arrived in Germany incredibly quickly.

The dress turned out to be too big, so I contacted their customer support via Instagram. They replied almost immediately and agreed to the exchange without any hassle. Since I needed the dress for an upcoming festival in the Netherlands, they went above and beyond by sending me the smaller size before I had even returned the original one. Thanks to them, it arrived just in time.

The customer service was exceptional throughout the whole process. Although I offered to split the €20 return shipping cost because the exchange was due to sizing, they refunded me the entire €20 instead. That level of customer care is rare these days.

On top of that, one sequin was missing from my Angel Dust jacket, and they thoughtfully included two spare sequins in the package with my replacement dress.

Communication was always quick, friendly and professional. Every message I sent was answered promptly, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy.

Based on my experience, I would definitely order from Wildthing again. Beautiful festival clothing and truly outstanding customer service. Thank you for making everything so easy!

I have previously purchased a capelet from this company and have worn it many times. It is still beautiful, so I had high expectations when I bought the Disco Diamond . The company were amazing my return had been taken by a neighbour company and there was some miscommunication but full refund given and I would buy from the company again .

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, 25% of people with a negative experience would have made me reconsider. Returned a skirt because it was too short (I'm 5"4' so if you're tall their stuff definitely is not for you!) a month ago and am still awaiting a refund. Sent an email and received no response so messaged on Instagram. To their credit they replied fairly quickly on there and as it was Easter weekend I gave them a few days grace to look into it but then had to chase again. They advised Royal Mail had delivered it to a cafe down and they would look into it. That was a week ago and now I've had to chase them again... I followed their return instructions and yet it's a month on and I'm still having to chase down a refund so definitely do not recommend!
