I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my recent order.
While I appreciated that your customer service team was patient and helpful during the initial ordering process, the items I received were of extremely poor quality. One of the items has an extremely bad odor. The clothing does not reflect what was advertised on your website, which is particularly frustrating given that I spent $100 on this purchase.
I believe your brand has the potential to be successful if the quality of the garments is improved to match the presentation. However, based on this experience, I will not be shopping with you again in the future.

As a petite girly, my size is very hard to find. But sowears XS size fits me perfectly as if it was made for me and you don't know how happy that makes me (and my mom). Moreover, the quality is just amazing, the dresses are lined, perfect for modest girlies. I'm very proud of this brand and I hope they keep making the same quality beautiful clothes and I keep filling my wardrobe with it hehe.

very disappointed with the services. Earlier I purchased a pant and it was like very weird having big hips thighs area and it was like I have ordered a balloon. And the pant was literally like a balloon from the top and narrowing down a kind of big lollipop. And now then they are giving me this s**t that having unequal sleeves for Arabella long dress. It's really embarrassing that one is forwarding my wrist. I wish I could post the pictures there.
