Excellent food at a reasonable price. I just add a scoop of boiling water to it and leave it to soak for a couple of minutes to soften it. Sometimes I add some bone broth to it or some fresh veg or a tiny bit of raw meat for variety. She always eats every scrap and is full of vitality.

I cancelled my orders with Bug Bakes several days before dispatch and requested a full refund, exactly in line with their published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Despite sending multiple emails in advance, my requests were ignored. The company had sufficient time to cancel but chose to ship the orders anyway.
Their policy clearly states that cancellations received before dispatch qualify for a full refund including postage. I followed this policy to the letter.
I refused delivery and requested the refund I am entitled to. This experience shows poor communication and a failure to honour stated terms. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I’ve been really impressed with Wild. The food is clearly high quality, with good, straightforward ingredients and no unnecessary fillers. My cocker spaniel loves it, and I like that there’s no fuss or overcomplicated choice, everything feels well thought out and transparent. The subscription service works smoothly and reliably, which makes feeding one less thing to worry about. Overall, a great product that does exactly what it promises.

I’ve waited almost 3 months to review this food. Before wild my pup was the fussiest eater and we tried EVERYTHING! Not only was he not keen on food but would happily skip meal (even without treats in the day) and I was hand feeding him simply to have him turn everything down. Raw, homecooked, years, different dog, omni, honestly you name it. And he was SO itchy! Enter wild. The first few days he would eat the pellets but cold pressed is very highly concentrated and dry. Kibble is dry but it’s not like cold pressed which is a bit like eating dust. What we do is simply pop 3 days worth in a little blender and blitz it up. Initially we just added warm water but we’ve found you can literally add enough water for it to be almost gravy like and within a half hour to an hour it’s soaked everything up and ux still quite dry and firm. He has perfect poops on this too. I do add extras but would to any food such as mushroom extracts, freeze dried broccoli sprouts, bone broth, pumpkin etc. He Also loves his raw veg so gets a few slices of peppers, cucumber etc. After thousands of pounds spent, many many tears we have a winner. His coat is beautiful, no itching and it’s super convenient. 4 bags last us 3 months so it’s lovely and affordable too. I even use this to make his treats!!!! I loved that customer service called to see how we got on! Our vet has mentioned his beautiful coat and condition. Recently he swallowed some drugs whilst on a walk and the vet contributed his excellent recovery to his health.

I am always pleased because the order is dealt with promptly and delivered within a couple of days. My two dogs are happy not to have to wait for their treats. Even my kitten likes them (she chases any that the dogs are daft enough to drop!). All pets happy! And me too for a few minutes peace!

WILD is great. My golden retriever Ella loves the duck version. It has really helped her digestive issues, they have totally cleared up since we have been using WILD. They have been efficient with delivery. Highly recommend.

The food is excellent and my dog loves it - genuinely brilliant quality and ingredients! The materials you receive with the food regarding transitioning etc is brilliant information. Customer service absolutely outstanding!! And love the marketing and emails. Exactly how a small business should be doing it. Well done guys!!

The website is very easy to navigate and deliveries arrive promptly as promised. The transitioning instructions are very clear and we have had no issues with our 2 Tibetan Terriers, one of whom is extremely fussy. The other one is practically dancing whilst we prepare his meals and eats it so quickly, you’d think he was a Labrador! They have very soft, shiny fur which is a lot easier to groom since being on this food 6 weeks ago. Just placed our 3rd order and upped the size to 6kg Build your own bundle rather than 2.5kg. Was previously on Orijen Original/Tundra but rising costs and a downgrade on All About Dog Food made us look at other suppliers. We will be staying with Wild 80:20 from now on.

I’ve recently switched my dog over to Wild Pet Food after it was highly recommended on the All About Dog Food website and honestly, it’s been a game changer.

My dog has a very sensitive stomach and it’s taken us a while to find something that keeps him comfortable and consistently well. He absolutely LOVES this food. He goes mad for it so much that I can also use it as a mid-high value treat when training. This is a huge contrast to any previous brands i've tried where I practically had to beg him to eat.

Last week, my subscription order didn’t arrive due to an issue with Yodel. After getting nowhere with Yodel directly, I contacted Wild Pet Food. They replied quickly, apologised, and immediately sorted everything out. They sent me a smaller bag via next-day delivery completely free of charge so my dog wouldn’t be without food and they also chased up Yodel regarding the original order and sorted that out for me as well. They even gave me helpful advice on what to feed him in the meantime to avoid upsetting his stomach.

The customer service was honestly exceptional. They are friendly, proactive and genuinely caring. Between the brilliant quality of the food and the support I received, I couldn’t recommend Wild Pet Food more highly.

It is on the more expensive side but 100% worth it. It’s made such a difference for my dog, he finally eats full meals, his stomach is loads better, his coat is healthier and he stopped scratching. I can relax knowing he's getting everything he needs in his diet.

My only fault for this brand would be that he loves it a bit too much and I now have to put it in a slow feeder to stop him gobbling it down too quickly!

I have notoriously fussy Daschunds but they absolutely love this kibble. I transitioned slowly as directed by the company, and they are excited for every meal! It’s also so reassuring to know they’re getting a complete, healthy meal ❤️

WILD have a great online subscription model. Very easy to use and efficient. The food is great quality and although my Labs took a little while to transition, they are now very happy with the cold pressed and variety of flavours.

These guys are totally amazing. We have a very sick dog who is refusing most food and due to their kindness at Wild Pet Food in sending out samples we have found a couple of flavours he will eat. Thank you so much.

If I could give more stars I would, my dog has always loved Wild’s food, I came across from bugbakes which I always found really dusty and the pellets to be poor quality for the price. I’ve tried the wild 80/20, just the same very dusty and my boys were not very interested. Last week I bought a bag of rabbit 80/20 and WOW my boys love it, so do I, firm and dust free, they go mad for them and I carry them in my pocket as treats / rewards now without dust. I don’t know what you have done but the pellets are of a higher quality. I understand a bit is to be expected but the pellets are much better and my dogs max and milo are going mad for their meals now.

Just recently switched our dogs food to WILD and so far he loves it. The order and delivery process was super quick and WILD even called to check if the order has arrived and how pur dogs is getting on with the food. Definitely would recommend!

We switched our dog's food to Wild because we wanted a more nutritious product that still came in a practical pellet form. She is always extremely happy to dig in and her recurring anal gland issue has not returned since we started her on it. We usually measure our portions for the following day in the evening, adding a bit of water and popping the tupperware in the fridge. We went through a bit of trial and error with portion size and had to increase it relative to recommendations on the packaging as our dog lost 10% of her body weight in the first 6 months; however, after adjustments she is now back to her perfect shape and doing as well as ever.
Customer service is very responsive, the ordering is convenient and I can see us sticking to Wild for many years to come.
